Un'esperienza tra relax e miglioramenti necessari
Pros:

Il punto di forza in assoluto dell'hotel è la sua area SPA. La professionalità e la preparazione del personale sono davvero eccezionali. Le addette hanno dedicato tempo e attenzione per spiegarci in modo esaustivo ogni singola funzione delle varie saune e delle aree relax, rendendo l'esperienza non solo piacevole, ma anche informativa e pienamente consapevole. La pulizia, sia della SPA che delle camere, è stata impeccabile. Entrare in ambienti così curati e igienizzati è un vero piacere e contribuisce a un senso di comfort e serenità immediato. Le camere, in particolare, sono state un rifugio accogliente e pulito dopo le lunghe giornate.

Cons:

Se la SPA ha superato ogni aspettativa, il servizio del ristorante durante le cene non è stato all'altezza. Il personale di sala, pur essendo cortese, è apparso in alcuni casi troppo frettoloso, compromettendo la tranquillità del pasto. Ho notato una mancanza di attenzione verso i dettagli: le portate non venivano sempre spiegate e, in un episodio particolarmente deludente, sono tornato al tavolo dopo essermi alzato per il dessert e ho trovato la bottiglia dell'acqua, ancora piena a metà, che era già stata portata via. Questo tipo di disattenzione, seppur piccolo, rovina l'esperienza di una cena altrimenti piacevole.

In camera trovate accappatoio ciabatte e telo per la piscina. ..e. se posso dare un consiglio per migliorare il vostro servizio consiglio una borsa / trasportino in stanza che serve per portare il telo e accessari personali alla piscina

Disappointing
Pros:

We liked the breakfast, the staff was nice and helpful the next day directing us to activities.

Cons:

The shower was awful, and took ages to get warm. After it was either too hot or too cold, the pressure, especially, was really really bad, needs fixing.

Bed is not confortable, woke up in pain.

The view wasn't great, we had works going on under, and the mountain view was just a little dust of a mountain. When I booked it specifically said mountain view but we were actually given a garden view.. so missleading.

There were no personal details in the room, felt cold, and was not welcoming. The curtains don't match the bed, so they don't feel luxurious.

We were given very scratchy dressing gawns, different from each other. The slippers have a horrible smell of chemicals when you open them, tuck time before we could wear them.

Check in is from 4pm but the sauna and steam rooms are only opened from 4 till 7.30 so if you only spend a night there you will only have that window to use it, so dont get there late! I can imagine it would be very busy anyway so you won't be able to relax in it. if you have a long hike and come back later, you will not be able to use it at all. The next morning, they reopen the pool from 10 am till 7.30pm, since check out is at 10, If you missed it the night before like we did, you won't be able to use it the next day. Overall disappointing since no other place we stayed had this rules, they all opened from 7am till 9 pm with the exception of the sauna and shame we coudnt use the facilities in the time we where there. I would expect better from a 4-star hotel.. they said the reason was because no costumers stay at the hotel in the day time but maybe they don't stay because there is nothing to do in it? I can't imagine wat we would have done on a rainy day.
Eventually, they weren't really nice making an exception to let us use it the next day after 10 anyway, although we didn't.
