Poolanlage ist sehr schön mit genügend Schatten durch die Olivenbäume und vorhandenen Schirmen

Ein Schmuckstück aber auch Mängel
Pros:

Es ist eine wunderschöne Anlage mit Liebe zum Detail. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden.
Das Frühstücksbuffet kann man in einem wunderschönen Wintergarten mit Blick auf den Gardasee einnehmen. Zusätzlich kann man im Garten unter den bezaubernden Olivenbäumen frühstücken.Der Weg nach Bardolino ist in ca. 15 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Das Hotel wird familiär geführt und es sind alle sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Es gibt unterschiedliche und wunderschöne Zimmerkategorien die preislich in der gehobenen Klasse sind.

Cons:

Leider hat der gesamte Gardasee mit den Preisen für Unterkünfte stark angezogen und wir hatten, weil wir es nicht wussten ein altes Zimmer gebucht.
Es war sehr hellhörig und die Möbel alt. Leider wurde nicht so geputzt wie wir uns es gewünscht hätten. Preis Leistung ist für diese Zimmerkategorie leider viel zu überteuert. Der Pool liegt wunderschön eingebettet in den Garten, leider war er nicht so sauber und die Bikinis haben sich nach 2 Tagen grünlich verfärbt.

Ein toller Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Hotel !
Pros:

Ein wirklich tolles Hotel ! Die Zimmer sind super neu,
modern und sehr sauber . Besonders hervorzuheben ist das hervorragende
Frühstück eine große Auswahl und alles sehr frisch und lecker.
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
Absolute Emfehlung !

Cons:

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können ehrlich gesagt nicht antworten,
was hätte besser sein sollen. Wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen !

Kurzurlaub mit falschen Versprechen bei hochpreisigen Zimmer

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit der Nummer 57 im Neubau für viel Geld gebucht. Unsere Fensterscheibe war kaputt, und es wurde uns Seeblick mit Terrasse verkauft. Bekommen haben wir seitlichen Seeblick und eine kleine Terrasse. Beschwerden darüber wurden von den Eigentümern abgelehnt. Wir sind maßlos enttäuscht

Pros:

Lekker rustig ondanks de vele onweer
Maar een top hotel geen handoek leggers
Iederedag gewoon een parasol die je kan pakken
Lieve mensen die je thuis laten voelen

Cons:

Eigenlijk viel er niks tegen
Misschien het zwemwater iets koeler want door de warmte was het water best warm
En de douchekabine was wat krap
Maar verder niks te klagen

Freundliches Personal, leckeres Frühstück, genügend Platz im Badezimmer und ein schöner Pool im Garten. Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden.
