Beautiful place to enjoy Sirmione away from the crowds.
Pros:

Wonderful location - in the middle of the peninsula, about 20 min walk to old town. The lake is on both sides. Two beautiful pools. Great restaurant with magnificent views to watch the sunset. Room was spacious. Great view from the balcony. Will come again.

Delightful, relaxing and memorable
Pros:

Location is fantastic. Pool areas are great. Room was very nice. It was our second stay at Villa Pioppi and we were very happy with everything. Breakfast was good. Restaurant was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The pankakes they had during our last stay three years ago were no longer at breakfast :D (if that is the biggest concern then there is not much concern)
