Very disappointing! no amenities or facilities on the premises. No lake or pool. No reception desk.
Pros:

The beds are very comfortable and also room size corrispond to photos.

Cons:

There are no amenities, facilities, the property has no outdoor seating area or access to a pool or private beach. You need a car or mean of transport to reach the nearest beach and lake. Very disappointing as the room is on the ground floor and the window is partly covered by a tree but you can clearly see the slide (although the picture is taken at night so you can't really see what it is like). The tree makes the room dimly lit and there is no view of the garden or anything else. The photos represent the property as it used to be 2 years ago. They have also left the host rules stating that guests mustn't use the white towels for the pool, but there is no pool! I asked the cleaning ladies next morning as there is no reception desk, and they confirmed that the map of the property is dated and it showed an old map of the property. It showed where our room was and how to exit the property and how to get to the pool and other facilities. It reported fake information just like the photos. Room only means, you have access to simply a room with nothing else arounf it and you definitely need a mean of transportation to reach both beach and pool. The price is too high for what you get. I was misled by the pictures and description of the property. Customer Service refunded only 25 euros. Very disappointing as well.

I fantasmi di Sibari
Pros:

Camera ampia, pulita, ben tenuta.

Cons:

Non c'è nessuna "vista piscina" e tantomeno la piscina. Il parcheggio -riservato- gratuito non esiste. Il frigo in camera non funziona. I filtri dell'aria condizionata sono sporchi. Andrebbero puliti.

The cleaning lady did her best to help us with issues we had, and the room was clean

Cons:

No staff in attendance on site. Only the cleaning lady.We booked Sibari Resort and got Laghi Room only. Had we known it was a room only and no on site staff we may not have booked.
