I Gestori super gentili e disponibili. Ci hanno accolto ogni giorno con il sorriso. Al check in ci è stata attivata immediatamente su loro iniziativa la card del Trentino per sconti e agevolazioni di vari servizi. Colazione ottima, camera pulita, silenziosa e di dimensioni generose. Posizione perfetta dell'hotel, parcheggio gratuito e molto riservato. Potrei andare avanti a scrivere cose belle, non ho trovato alcun difetto. Quando tornerò ad Andalo alloggerò sicuramente in questo Hotel.

La colazione era più che sufficiente per un buon inizio della giornata. Non reputo opportuno la presenza fisica animali (cani anche di grossa taglia) all'interno della sala colazioni.

Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile: la proprietaria ci ha offerto di sua iniziativa di utilizzare la camera anche dopo il check out per cambiarci dopo la giornata di sci, visto che non ne aveva bisogno per il giorno successivo! La colazione è varia e offre scelta per tutti i gusti. La posizione è ottima: si può andare in centro a piedi in 5 Min e anche raggiungere le piste da sci a piedi o col bus (la fermata è esattamente di fronte all'hotel). La vista dalla stanza era direttamente sui monti, molto suggestivo.

Cons:

Una sera ci è capitato di avere l'acqua calda che non arrivava.
