Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstücksbüffet, sehr freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal, guter Shuttle Service zur Piste. Schönes Badezimmer.

Cons:

Für uns waren die Betten zu hart (das ist natürlich sehr individuell). Handtuchheizung in einen Zimmer war leider defekt.

Pros:

Hotel stuff is extremely professional and friendly. Breakfast and dinner were exceptionally good: wide selection of foods, great quality and excellent service. Ski transfer drivers are very gentle and caring about the equipment. Spa facilities are gorgeous, the view from the pool is absolutely stunning!

Cons:

Spa is open only until 7pm, a few times we missed that.
The hotel itself is quite far away from the city center, and ski transfer is working only until 17.30, so its a bit hard to go out for dinner without taking a car. The hotel dinner option is excellent, though.

Toller Wellnessbereich. Frühstück ok. Schöne Lage mit Blick in die Berge. Zimmer nett eingerichtet.

Cons:

Personal nicht immer freundlich. Preis für unserem Hund unverschämt ohne irgendwelche Gegenleistung. Preis zudem vor Buchung nicht einsehbar. Öffnungszeiten Wellnessbereich zu kurz.

Pros:

This is an amazing family run facility. We would happily return and stay again if ever back in the Dolomites. The facility is well located, very clean, and the staff is incredible. After a long day of fall hiking in the mountains, we found their spa facilities to be especially refreshing.

最棒的一顿早餐，很多handmade食物非常用心！晚餐是套餐制，还是很划算的～甜品也非常棒！房东特别热心，会介绍附近景点并指路。做cable car需要步行15分钟，距离公交车站700米。自驾是最好的出行方式，酒店前就有大片的草原！

Overall, an excellent and relaxing stay and wonderful service by the staff.
Pros:

We loved our view from our room. The place was spotless and the beds comfortable. The staff were so friendly and accomodating. The breakfast was very good and very organized. The staff were so helpful with service. The quiet areas of sauna and steam and pool were wonderful.

Cons:

The exercise room was a few stationary bikes and a few light weight barbells. It would be nice to have a full body exercise machine as I felt it was lacking and disappointed about it.
