“Indimenticabile”

Non c’è un servizio di accoglienza, il personale è impegnato completamente nella struttura vicina Blu Salento ed al nostro arrivo non c’era nessuno ad accoglierci. Per entrare nella struttura ed avere il numero della stanza abbiamo dovuto chiamare due volte ed aspettare mezz’ora fuori il cancello nell’attesa di una signora che sarebbe dovuta arrivare. Non esiste un ascensore per portare i bagagli al primo piano ed è alquanto scomodo portare i bagagli sopra, il parcheggio è difronte all’interno di un lido e non ci volevano fare entrare senza il tagliando che non potevamo avere perché comunicato solo per telefono in quanto nessuno ci aveva ancora accolto. Ci sono due cancellati che anche dall’interno hanno bisogno della chiave per aprirsi, uno in una strada dove è difficile fermarsi e quindi scaricare ed un altro principale ma che per passare con i bagagli era molto scomodo bisognava passare avanti ad un’abitazione e pertanto erano messi dei tavolini per evitare il passaggio. La colazione è molto limitata e di scarsa qualità, la presenza del personale era esclusivamente due ore la mattina per fare la colazione e pulire le camere poi la struttura è abbandonata a se stessa. La prima notte non siamo riusciti a dormire per il rumore dell’aria condizionata, il wc della stanza era completamente da un lato attaccato al muro quindi il soggiorno non è stato come l’aspettavamo, l’unica comodità era la vicinanza a porto Cesario ed il mare di fronte.

Pros:

Struttura accogliente e pulita. La camera era spaziosa e silenziosa con terrazzo ampio.
Un grazie particolare a Nadia che ci serviva la colazione, sempre gentile e disponibile.

Pros:

it was to have a little terrace in the room. Location is nice, just in front of the beach.

Cons:

Breakfast could be improved, it would be nice to have fresh croissant and cakes from a bakery.
