Struttura bellissima curata in ogni dettaglio, il nostro soggiorno era breve, siamo arrivati tardi e ci hanno comunque accolti .

Nice location, nice garden, great sunset point
Pros:

It had a very nice garden and the view of the nature, the sunset was beautiful from the garden or even the restaurant.

Cons:

The spa was fairly expensive for what it was offering, even more so given that the outdoor pool was not working during our stay and they don’t have an indoor one.

Pros:

Decoração excepcional, estrutura muito boa - cama, chuveiro… vista impecável, funcionários simpáticos e solícitos. Café da manhã muito bom.

Cons:

O quarto ficava em cima da cozinha e era um pouco barulhento. O almoço e jantar no restaurante deixam a desejar em variedade e sabor.

המלון היה מאוד מאוד מאוד רועש, הקירות כאילו עשויים מנייר ושומעים כל מה שקורה בחדר ליד! בתמונות נראה שהחדרים מול נוף פסטורלי אבל בפןעל החדרים על כביש ראשי והרעש פשוט נוראי! לא יכולנו לישון דקה! כתוב שיש בריכה במקום והגענו לחופשה להירגע, ב23 מעלות, הבריכה הייתה סגורה ולא הודיעו על זה מראש ואפילו לא היו מיטות שיזוף. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה הכי גרועה שאכלנו באיטליה. ביקשנו לעזוב את המלון ללילה הנוסף שהזמנו, בוקינג אישרו לבטל אך המלון שיקר ולא אישר את
זה!!! בושה!!!

Beautiful property, stunning location and attentive staff
Pros:

It is a beautiful property in a fantastic location. Staff are very attentive and look after you well. They give good recommendations of the local area. We also enjoyed dinner at the hotel restaurant and chatting to the sommelier, Lorenzo, about the local wines.

Cons:

Very minor inconvenience but it was slightly warm in the bedroom as there wasn’t air conditioning. However, opening the window was sufficient as it allowed a cool breeze into the room. The hotel staff also provided a fan.

A beautiful villa with stunning views, breathtaking sunsets, and unique design details. The grounds are impeccably maintained, and the location is very convenient for exploring nearby cities and villages.

Cons:

However, the overall experience didn’t quite match the level the hotel aims for. While the service is very attentive, it often felt excessive and at times impractical. For example, there were two showers in the room: one had no hot water, and the other was not working at all. Additionally, one of the power outlets by the bed was not functioning. In the restaurant, some details were overlooked, and the food did not meet expectations.

We also had a less comfortable experience in the spa: despite requesting privacy, staff entered the area before our allotted time had finished, which disrupted what should have been a relaxing moment.

The staff did try to offer solutions, which we appreciated, but they didn’t always feel practical or fully resolve the issues. Overall, the experience felt somewhat unbalanced more focused on presentation than on genuine comfort.
