Pleasant stay.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel and restaurant. Staff was wonderful.

Cons:

Air conditioning was inadequate and controlled by the front desk. When asked to lower the temperature they went into their computer and there was no change.

Il posto perfetto per godersi la Val d’Orcia
Pros:

La struttura è meravigliosa, molto suggestiva, con una vista stupenda sulla Val d’Orcia. La posizione fantastica per girare ed esplorare la valle e i vari paesini.
Colazione assolutamente ottima, sia a buffet che con possibilità di ordinare piatti al tavolo compresi nel prezzo.
Un buon voto se lo merita anche il ristorante, sia per la location che per il cibo.
La spa è abbastanza piccolina ma ha tutto ciò che serve, la consiglio!

Cons:

Consiglierei al personale (che per il resto è sempre stato assolutamente gentilissimo) di evitare, come è stato fatto con noi, di mandare messaggi per quattro volte di seguito per chiederci se volessimo usufruire del ristorante dell’albergo. L’ho trovato di cattivo gusto e non in linea con quello che sembra essere il livello dell’albergo.

Definitely book this hotel!
Pros:

So romantic. They put the extra touch on everything and the staff is wonderful.

Best bed I ever slept in my life and we have had some nice ones at home.

Cons:

The decorative umbrellas added a great touch to the hotel. The chairs to sit to watch the sunset the view the staff the food there's just too much to choose one thing I like the best.

Maravilhosa!
Pros:

Local belíssimo. Vista espetacular com um por do sol de tirar o fôlego. Comida deliciosa, principalmente o café da manhã. O quarto extremamente confortável e com vários mimos para nos agradar.

Cons:

Achei os serviços do spa muito caros.
