Voyage en amoureux
Pros:

Nous avons aimé la proximité du centre-ville et des transports. Le personnel a l'écoute. Logement bien .

Cons:

La salle de bain petite surtout la douche. La literie peu confortable. Le petit déjeuner correct sans plus manquant de variété.

Centre-ville, près du port. Un bon restaurant à 50 m. La amabilité d'Alfredo, le patron.

Cons:

La salle de bain avait un problème de mauvaises odeurs, dû probablement au système de plomberie. Par ailleurs, le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré, par exemple offrir du jambon italien, des oeufs.

Pros:

The location was great. Right in the centre. Hot shower with decent pressure.

Cons:

The beds were really hard and there were no extra pillows. The breakfast wasn't brilliant but it was OK. The fridge made a lot of noise.

L'accueil était impeccable ; la situation de l'appartement, au centre ville, parfaite. Le design de l'hébergement au top !

Un accueil et un séjour au top
Pros:

Alfredo qui est tout simplement adorable et disponible, parle couramment Français et de très bons conseils. L'emplacement de l'hôtel à 10 mns à pied de la gare, situé au milieu de la zone piétonne (restos et boutiques à proximité), et à moins de 5 mns à pied du port pour les excursions en bateau dans les différents villages des 5 Terres. Tout était juste parfait.

Perfect position to enjoy La Spezia.
Pros:

Great position, central and near all the amenities and right in the pedestrian zone. Spacious rooms. The owner is very welcoming and friendly. Definitely recommend it !

Bon séjour, je recommande l’établissement. Toutefois demander une chambre qui ne donne pas sur la rue.

L’établissement est très bien placé, à proximité des rues piétonnes
La literie est confortable, propre!
Le propriétaire est très sympathique et serviable
Le petit déjeuner est varié

Cons:

L’établissement se trouve dans une petite rue qui est très bruyante quand les gens rentrent le soir ça parle fort, rigole… Notre chambre donnait sur la rue et le bruit est gênant!
