Cons:

The hotel was closed!
I had to wait for one hour in the street, and finaly, a kind lady who intered the building called the owner who said:
Booking made a mistake: we are closed!
give me my money back now!

Personnel très sympathique et de bons conseils pour les visites et les restaurants. La décoration est sympathique. Idéalement situé en plein centre ville et à 15 minutes de la gare. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas un buffet mais il est largement suffisant.

Boa opção para ficar como base de visita a Cinque Terre
Pros:

A localização do hotel é muito boa, proximo à região central, com vários cafés e restaurantes. Próximo da estação de trem que vai p Cinque Terre comboio. Os quartos são espaçosos, com mobilia original e seguindo a proposta de green life.
O anfitrião Alfredo foi extremamente simpático conosco e bastante prestativo. O café da manhã é simples, mas atendeu nossas expectativas.

This stay worked out perfectly !!! Wonderful greeting at the desk !!!
Pros:

The location was a little tricky - but once we found it, it was great !!! The breakfast was wonderful !!!! Very Very Good !!! and the room was spacious and the bathroom was perfect !!
We loved this place and would definitely consider staying here again !!!

We really enjoyed our stay, but don't expect this to be a normal hotel.
Pros:

Although situated literally in the middle of the old town, the stay was very calm. Don't expect this to be a "normal" hotel from any chain. I'd say, it is a good healthy mixture between a Hostel mixed with real Hotel rooms. It is very personally, boss and stuff are very friendly and helpful, everything neat and clean. Breakfast was very nice, but also do not expect a usual continental breakfast.

Cons:

Our room was very small, without a closet or anything to put stuff in. That was ok for our short stay, but I'd prefer a larger room for a longer stay. The hotel, situated in an old building, is a bit low soundproofed.
