Cons:

La colazione era veramente triste .. 4 cose buttate tutte confuse su un tavolo e per farsi fare un caffè bisognava andare al bar a richiederlo perché come ha detto la barista „ci sono ancora un centinaio di persone che devono scendere non possiamo mica portarlo a tutti“.
La camera era vecchia e poco accogliente e sulle lenzuola ho trovato diversi peli..
Per un hotel a 4 stelle mi aspetto qualcosa di meglio

Per essere un 4 stelle mi sarei aspettato un trattamento migliore.

Colazione e cortesia del personale

Cons:

Doccia sporca con poca curatezza nei dettagli, troppo caldo durante la notte che secca la gola e non permette di dormire bene, cuscini dozzinali bassi e scomodi.

La pulizia e l'accoglienza alla reception

Cons:

Nonostante avessi avvisato,già al momento della prenotazione, dell'intolleranza al lattosio, al mattino non ho trovato nessun prodotto adatto, giustificando la cosa con la disponibilità di prodotti salati

La posizione strategica

Cons:

Non rispecchia le 4 stelle dichiarate, camere impolverate, bagni molto usurati senza bidet, con box boccia scollato dal pavimento.
Riscaldamento quasi nullo, se si toglie la chiave e si rientra a fine giornata, i pinguini ti accolgono senza problemi.. che dire, non ci torneremo sicuro.

Colazione discreta, qualità non altissima ma comunque ricca di alternative

Pros:

Gentilezza e disponibilità del personale. Buona posizione con parcheggio comodo e colazione variegata. Hotel consigliato con buon rapporto qualità-prezzo con posizione strategica per Alba e dintorni nelle Langhe.

Cons:

Da incrementare spazi o armadiature dove appendere i vestiti. Alcuni cuscini un po’ alti. Camere poco insonorizzate. Bagno migliorabile, sprovvisto di piani dove poter appoggiare beauty e appendiabiti e con water sprovvisto di tavoletta.
