INDECENTE. Pessima struttura ricettiva, non dovrebbe essere proposta in Booking.
Pros:

Soltanto la vicinanza alla spiaggia di Boccadasse e al lungo mare Corso Italia. Con diversi autobus si possono raggiungere velocemente diversi punti interessanti della citta. Un autobus urbano porta alla stazione Brignole.

Cons:

Sistemazione fatiscente lasciata all'incuria, con evidenti danneggiamenti in svariati punti della struttura e degli arredi, inoltre, pessima cura igienica. Buchi nei muri, porta-asciugamani arrugginiti. Bidet scarsamente accessibile. Montante della porta del bagno divelto. Camera con vista su un cortile condominiale con rifiuti abbandonati a vista (in Booking si dichiarava "camere con vista", credevo sul mare o sul verde). Chiusura porta della camera insicura, ho dovuto spostare la scrivania davanti alla porta per sentirmi più sicura. Alle 7.15 del mattino bambini e addetti alle pulizie vociavano nell'angusto corridoio su cui affacciano le camere, svegliando tutti. All'atto della prenotazione mi è stato chiesto di personalizzare la scelta del letto, ne ho scelto uno alla francese, ne ho trovato uno fatto con due materassi singoli affiancati. All'arrivo in struttura sono stata accolta da un ragazzo poco pratico della piattaforma Booking. La prima camera che mi è stata offerta era collocata nell'area servizi staff, esattamente fuori della porta della camera era posto il gran tavolo stireria per le lenzuola (ho chiesto di cambiare camera). Sarei scappata ma erano già le 18 e non c'erano altre sistemazioni utili disponibili in città.

The emplacement in old Bocadasse was perfect (with free parking, and nearby Lidl supermarket).
You reach Genes center directly by a direct bus line

Cons:

Hotel is old style (circa 1970), Rooms, reception breakfast corner, all really need a refreshement .
Didn't suffer any inconvenience, as we ask for a quiet room in a corner, but room insonorisation could be a problem.
