Pros:

El servicio y la atención en cada detalle fue grandioso. El hotel muy bonito, cómodo y súper bien ubicado, muy cerca de la fontana de Trevi, pero igualmente muy cerca de todo y con muy buen acceso a medios te transporte.

Otelin konumu gerçekten çok iyi, çalışanlar yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. Oda gayet temizdi. Bir daha gidersem kesinlikle yine bu oteli tercih ederim.

Cons:

Konumunun çok merkezi olması nedeniyle geceleri biraz gürültülü olabiliyor.

Çok cana yakın ve yardımcılar, tüm sorularımıza cevap verdiler ve iletişim iyiydi. Oda geniş ve tüm olanakları var. Lobideki barı ücretsiz kullanmak hoş. Her şey mükemmeldi. Roma'ya tekrar gidersem mutlaka burada konaklarım :)

Perfect holiday in Rome
Pros:

Very nice hotel, located in the heart of the city. Everything is on 5 to 10 min walk. The room was very clean. Very friendly staff, they help with everything and give perfect advices for places to visit and restaurants with good food.
I recommend this cozy hotel.

Wir waren für drei Tage in diesem Hotel und rundum sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist hervorragend , super zentral und ideal, um Rom zu Fuss zu erkunden.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Damen an der Rezeption. Sie waren unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit für uns da. Täglich erhielten wir per WhatsApp nützliche Informationen über Veranstaltungen in der Stadt, Sehenswürdigkeiten und tolle Tipps. Auch die Organisation eines Taxis oder andere Anliegen wurden schnell und unkompliziert erledigt , ein wirklich aussergewöhnlicher Service.

Rome is amazing and the accommodation location was perfect.
Pros:

The receptionist was amazing and truly very nice. She helped us with all our questions. So kind and helpful.
