Cons:

Durante il mio soggiorno il cane dei " vicini di stanza " ha abbaiato tutta la notte. Nonostante le ripetute sollecitazioni allo staff, quest'ultimo non ha fatto nulla per permettere agli ospiti dell'hotel di riposare in tranquillità.

So new and contemporary. Loved the bedside tables with lights. Amazing rain head shower. Huge, thick towels. Great decor and seating, benches great for makeup or work area.

The new room and amenities were amazing.

Cons:

The pool facilities not the best. Don't understand the swimming cap concept not just here but all of italy. Kids wee and poo in pool but hair is unhygienic lol. Breakfast was very very poor

Pros:

Ottima la colazione e ka qualità e gentilezza del personale di sala, colazione e cena. Abbiamo cenato due sere in modo eccellente e a prezzi giusti. In definitiva i voti negativi sono per il parcheggio, la reception, i postivi per la colazione e la cena.

Cons:

Non siamo riusciti a trovare l'hotel perché non ha insegne , ha una reception che si confonde con altre attività commerciali, le addette alla reception al nostro arrivo non hanno mostrato molta professionalità e gentilezza, il parcheggio, che sotterraneo , che sembra condiviso con pubblico esterno è in una condizione pietosa con materiali accatastati, lavatrici , muletti e inoltre molto polveroso e sporco.

Lovely rooms that fit a full family of 4-5
Pros:

Rooms were lovely and comfortable, pool is a great add on for the area. Location is right next to the exit of Isernia, making it easier to visit surrounding areas.

Cons:

Parking is derelict and signaling is not very clear, we ended up going up in abandoned parts of the hotel trying to find the reception.

Breakfast was really low quality, with food looking old and like it might have sit out for too long.

Breakfast room, pool, location was central

Cons:

Did not like the garage access from the hotel. No direct access from hotel lobby to parking garage. We had to walk through a loading dock area and had to use the ramp meant for cars to access the garage. Otherwise everything was fine.

Pros:

Camera e bagno moderni e puliti. Bene la ristorazione.

Cons:

Nessun avvertimento circa l’inagibilità del garage.
Per due giorni consecutivi mancanza di elettricità per diverse ore fino alle 19, senza che lo staff avvertisse per tempo o si prodigasse per una soluzione.
