Pros:

Staff molto disponibile e gentile.
Colazione varia e di buona qualità.
Spazi comuni ampi e ben tenuti.
Spiaggia convenzionata ampia e comoda.

Cons:

Camere (molto distanti dagli standard di un 5*).
Piscina: l'ho trovata sporca e in generale poco tenuta.
Ristorante sulla spiaggia: non ha una capienza e un livello di servizio a mio avviso adeguati per un 5*.

Mare pineta una garanzia!
Pros:

La struttura è stupenda! Camere spaziose e bagno grande!
Colazione tra le migliori di tutti i miei soggiorni!

Cons:

L’unico appunto che faccio è sulla pulizia. Loro passano anche la sera ed è stupendo però ho trovato un po troppa polvere!

Qualità non proporzionata al costo
Pros:

Ottima colazione, staff cortese, letto grande e confortevole.

Cons:

Stanza priva di qualsiasi servizio (no acqua, macchina del caffè, etc...), arredamento antiquato e in parte rovinato (specchio bagno, comodino, ante armadio). Insonorizzazione completamente assente.

From the minute you arrived, staff was very comforting, helpful informational, the facility was clean, well maintained, the service was impeccable and the food was delicious. Being a vegan, and alkaline you don't always find places where They try their best to accommodate you. The facilities is very large and have lots of quiet space for you to work. If you're here on business

That my stay was to short. Although the bathroom is a very reasonable size , very spacious , I found that, the shower area could be a bit larger for someone.Who has a bit more size, hight, body and weight than myself. I found the shower area bit to small. Once you close the door of the shower, turning around is quite difficult in the space that's allocated.

Pros:

Struttura curata e pulita . Spazi ampi e buffet completo di tutto . La palestra TOP tutti attrezzi utili sia per gambe che per la parte alta. Staff super gentilissimo

Cons:

Mi aspettavo una spa maestosa invece era piccola senza piscina interna con una vasca idromassaggio ridotta non per due persone .
Cibo buono … ma a me è capitato un pacchero al pomodoro molto SCOTTO… nonostante avessi fatto richiesta al dente. Non mi sono goduta la cena …
