Location, very helpful staff, decent breakfast included in the (very fair) price of the stay, comfortable large bed even in a single room. Above all, the fact that my reservation was promptly confirmed directly by the hotel and not cancelled out of the blue as was the case with Bea Ducale in the same location, also booked via Booking.com

The aircon was a bit weak
