Tinha baratas no quarto quando chegamos, cheiro de mofo. Fiz uma reserva pelo booking e outra por telefone, confundir as reservas e não souberam nos cobrar, gerando cobranças após a nossa saída. Tinha 0ego 2 diárias, mas por causa das condições do hotel e do barulho em uma conveniência a frente, saímos antes, pois foi impossível de ficar.

Foi uma das piores experiências que já tive. Paguei 50 reais mais caro que uma acomodação igual, não tinha ar condicionado e não tinha frigobar. Chuveiro sem porta do box inundando o banheiro todo. Equipe de atendimento sem vontade nenhuma e sem conhecimento sobre o próprio trabalho para auxiliar em alguma coisa.
