Pros:

The rooms were spacious and clean. It was close to a station and bus stop. It was very quiet at night because most places closed early but we still enjoyed our stay.

Very poor and below standard. Not recommended

Nothing much to like… honestly.

Cons:

Room not spacious at all for 3 ppl
Not much amenities - just a coffee stand, washers.
Staff not trained or welcoming. Our kid is 13yrs and comes under a child category but the bed was really small and very hard like rock bed sleep
No extra bedsheets, pillows as part of hospitality. Pillows so small and lean to even sleep on

La ubicación perfecta cerca del metro; la habitación con cama extra grande es súper cómoda y muy espaciosa (tienes espacio para todo); tienen lavadora y secadora (aunque es difícil encontrarla disponible); el personal muy amable

Prisvärt boende intill Marutamachi Station och Kyoto Gyoen National Garden
Pros:

Trevligt bemötande av personal, både inför ankomst och på plats.
Välstädat och hög standard på allt i rummet.
Läget, alldeles intill en tunnelbanestation (Marutamachi Station) och Kyoto Gyoen National Garden
Skön säng med bra kuddar.
Stabil WiFi.
Oerhört prisvärt i förhållande till vad man får.

Cons:

Lite för varmt täcke för säsongen trots luftkonditionering.
Det var en lampa under kylskåpet som lyste konstant, letade efter en avstängsningknapp men nöjde mig att ställa dit en väska för att dämpa ljuset för att få en god nattsömn.

Pros:

Ottimo hotel, pulito, molto centrale, staff molto genitile. Le stanze sono piccole ma bene organizzate. Ho apprezato la disponibilità di una lavatrice e asciugatice (a pagamento ma a prezzo modesto).

Cons:

Per gli standard europei, la stanza era molto piccola, ma immagino che sia lo stesso in tutto il giappone. La stanza dava sulla corte interna era un po' buia

Pros:

La estación de metro está junto al hotel.
El personal muy agradable y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar.

Cons:

Las lavadoras y secadoras son muy pequeñas, siempre están ocupadas, debería haber algún tipo de reserva para poder usarlas

Grande chambre très propre

L'accueil , le quartier, le petit déjeuner

Cons:

Le personnel nous a vu attendre la navette à l'intérieur de l'hôtel , ne nous a pas prévenu d'attendre dehors

Terrible. No ac, bad WiFi, and rude staff.
Pros:

Nothing. We had to book a different hotel because the room we had did not have working AC and the staff would not accommodate.

Cons:

The ac did not work in the room and neither did the WiFi. The staff was rude and would not accommodate.
