コスパ・タイパ悪くない。
Pros:

高速おりてすぐ。新幹線も近い。食事も夜、困らない。ホテルで食べてもいいし、外に出ても問題なし。

Cons:

ちょっと古いけど、それは価格でカバーしてくれています。

今後は選ばないホテルです。
Pros:

チェックインはスムーズに出来ました。

Cons:

トイレの便座が汚れていた。お風呂には髪の毛が落ちていた。お風呂の壁もヒビ割れしていたり、寒かったので湯船に少しでも浸かりたかったが、諦めた。また、洗濯しても落ちなそうな古臭い臭いがベッド、シーツ、枕に染み付いており、枕は使えず、寝たくなかった。

自信を持ってお勧めできます！
Pros:

建物自体は古いのですがとても清潔。スタッフの方皆さん感じが良い。お掃除のスタッフさん数名と，チェックアウトの際に廊下でお会いしましたが皆さん丁寧にご挨拶してくださいました。更に綺麗に使わなくては，と思いました。

主たる旅行先への途中に地場産業振興センターで買い物をするための宿泊なので、可もなく不可もない・・・という印象。
Pros:

イオン隣接でちょっとした買い物に便利。朝早くから一部だけでも空いていて地元土産など購入できた。
朝食は簡単なバイキングと思っていたが、和定食で美味しかった。

Cons:

チェックインして部屋に向かったが鍵が開かず、フロント迄問い合わせの為に戻った。フロントの係員が同行して開け方を教えてくれたが、要するに古いタイプのキーシステム・・・ということ。
