Parfait pour faire une étape rapide
Pros:

Très bien placé pour faire une escale d'une nuit à Osaka.

L'hôtel est en face de la gare du Shinkansen et du métro ce qui permet par exemple d'aller à Dontobori le soir (env. 30min) et de repartir le lendemain tôt pour Himeji ou Hiroshima

Cons:

Les chambres ont été rénovées mais c'est peu vieillot, ce n'est pas très important car c'est plutôt un hôtel pour transit

駅近、コンビニ近、自販機安い
Pros:

二段ベッドが初体験の子ども達はワクワクでした。
新大阪駅東口
もコンビニ（ファミリーマート）もすぐでとにかく立地がよかったです。
近所にある自販機はみんな驚くほど安くておどろきました。

Cons:

水道のレバーが旧式で、何回も下に下ろして水全開で飛ばしてしまったのが残念でした。

Exceptional
Pros:

The front door staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was very close to the station which was super convenient as we had an early train the next day. The room was large enough for our family of five and had plenty of amenities.

Overall is satisfied for our one-night stay
Pros:

Location is perfect as it is walking distance to the Shin-Osaka station. Beds are comfortable. Despite the small size, it’s perfect for our family of 5. Need to rearrange the furnitures a bit to be able to open up our luggages, but no big deal.

Cons:

Place looks a bit old and ciggarette smell was quite strong on the hallway. In the room it was fine

In comparison to the APA Hotel and Resort, this is a much better place to stay.
Pros:

Location, and the separate shower, bath, and washing area. The room size is great.

Great, would stay again passing through Osaka
Pros:

Such a wonderful room for a little family. We were looked after super well from the front desk and it was just across the road from Shin Osaka. Loved it

Cons:

Nothing, it was simple but that was reflected in the good value.
