Privacy and comfort. Things are well organized and exlplained. Location close to the airport and the monorail comes in handy. Good quality of the amenities and good condition of the shower and toilet areas.
No matter how cautious people are, thin walls make it very noisy. Nothing that earplugs can't solve. You are not booking a cabin with a private bathroom (translation on booking.com made it seem so), but a cabin with shared bathroom facilities (which are well maintained and give you enough privacy).

It’s very close to the train station and easy to find. The amenities are also amazing.

Initially, I wasn’t keen on ‘dormitory’ accomodation.
This place does it well.

Showers are all private, loads of bathroom basins with seat to do your morning eau de toilette ,laundry with separate dryer (yes).
It’s 3 mins by foot to the monorail .

Close to the US base.
Convenient stores close and local fare along the streets.
Nightlife maybe a tad shabby, girly bars and casinos. But if you don’t go there during the night, you’d be none the wiser.

The food.
Perfect location, perfect for short term stay.
The only thing I'd change if anything, is to apply proper doors instead of the paper slides so it is less noisy when someone uses it and is more soundproof.
Amazing for such a low price! Very clean, comfortable, a lot of hygienic things, truly a great place to stay the night if you need accommodation near the airport.
