Good for the price
Pros:

Location nearby Niseko and Mount Yotei. Very quiet. Good price, especially compared to any other place nearby, with double or triple prices.

Cons:

Poor views (just one window)
Old smoke smell (people must have been smoking here for years)
Lack of a cofee machine (come on, just a coffe machine :-)

Pros:

広く、お風呂もビジネスホテルの広さの倍以上で綺麗なほうでした。観光し、朝ごはんを食べるのにも、電子レンジがあり、助かりました！寝に帰るには十分でした。車の駐車場も別にあり、良かったです。

Cons:

ティッシュが置かれてましたが、数枚しか入ってなく、自分のを使用しました。2泊タオル一緒の使用で干すところがなかったです。残念でした。

Stayed 2 nights with the intention of climbing Mt Yotei, and arrived on foot from Hirafu Station.
Pros:

The hotel is really intended as a motel - you can walk there from Hirafu Station in about a half hour on a gravel road, but it's clearly not the intended means of transport. The facilities were much cleaner and nicer than I expected for the price, although they smelled like tobacco smoke. If you're looking to climb Mt. Yotei, the hotel is within about a 50 minute walk of one of the trailheads.

Cons:

Interactions with the front desk were a little strange, although very quick to pick up the phone and answer questions. Without a car, the nearest store is about an hour walk away (unless you go by train, but Hirafu Station has very few trains), although the hotel does have a menu of drinks and frozen foods which I didn't try.

요테이 산 등반 베이스 캠프.
Pros:

니세코와 굿찬 중간 대로변에 위치. 요테이 산 등반객에 최적.

Cons:

차 없으면 이용 불가. 주변에 아무것도 없음. 주로 굿찬에서 생필품 쇼핑.

Would stay again!
Pros:

It was an old but great place to stay. I was told the rooms used to be smoking but it was fine. We enjoyed the very kind staff and that it was clean and in our budget. There was a fridge, microwave kettle and enough dishes for us. No you can't cook but we knew that going in. Really liked that it had a comfy couch!

Cons:

A burner and pot and pan would have been nice.

Pros:

More like a little flat than a hotel. Perfect if you just want to ski and have a car. It's a little isolated for those without one. Very roomy for Japan, with a huge spa bath, queen bed, couch, separate toilet - and a private garage underneath for the car, which is awesome for snowy Niseko!

Cons:

Let's face it, she's pretty run down. And given there's no shopping within 5km, a few utensils in the kitchenette would be helpful for self-catering. Coffee sachets etc too might be a welcome touch. I bought some plastic plates/bowls from DCM to make breakfast! But really, no complaints.
