一人旅に適したホテル
Pros:

駅から近いところがとてもよかった。また、雪が降っていたので帰りに傘を提供してくださった。

Cons:

エレベーターが無いところと施設が少し古い。
でも一人で泊まるには快適だと思う。

Great hotel to strolling around shinjuku and okubo area
Pros:

Location is in the heart of okubo area. Super clean, warm toilet seat and of course everyday cleaning room. Connected between two JR lines, shin-okubo and okubo. The receptionist is fluent in english. No need to worry lost in translation. I choose Ryokan Style. Room is quite spacious compared to ither hotel in the area.

安靜舒適，很溫馨，交通非常方便
Pros:

離車站非常近，附近餐廳跟店家也很多樣，總而言之非常方便！

Cons:

空間小了一點，不過畢竟是東京，性價比很高，可以接受～

Pros:

Stayed for just one night, but we had everything we needed for our trip to Tokyo. Great location, literally next to Ōkubo train station, which is one stop away from Shinjuku station. Two konbinis are nearby as well.

Cons:

No elevator, you should take it into account if you're bringing heavy luggage.
You can hear the trains nearby, but it's not anything that would wake you from your sleep.

Posizione ottima, nel quartiere coreano a pochi passi da due stazioni, e a 15 Min a piedi da Shinjuku.
Staff gentilissimo, stanza abbastanza spaziosa per essere in Giappone!

整體而言，cp值不錯，會願意回訪。
Pros:

1. 可以提早寄放行李，入住後行李已經幫忙放在房內，不錯的服務。
2. 離大久保站很近，附近有全家，方便。
3. 房間不大，但乾淨。

Cons:

沒有供應熱水，只能買販賣機內的水。
沒電梯，行李重的人要考量一下。

Perfect
Pros:

The hotel may be a little dated, but it is exceptionally clean and very well maintained. It is well equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really makes a difference. The location is absolutely perfect, especially thanks to the excellent train connections. I truly enjoyed my stay and would love to come back again!
