前回はコスパ良く感じましたが今回は残念でした
Pros:

スタッフの人達は全員感じが良かったです。
駅からとても近くて立地的にも大変良かったです。

Cons:

部屋がイメージ写真とは違っていて狭くて驚きでした。以前宿泊したときは広々していたので、今回も同じ位だろうと思い宿泊を決めたのですが、2人で過ごすには不便さを感じる狭さでした。部屋の広さも明記するか、写真を実際の部屋と同じ広さのものに変えてほしいです。
連泊でしたが、タオルなどは交換されていたのにバスローブが新しいものに交換されておらず残念でした。

Pros:

We checked in early and left our luggages on the lobby, then we head out. We knew that the hotel doesn't have elevator, so when we went back, we're gonna request a lower floor room. Turns out, when we're coming back, our luggages are already moved into our designated room (and yes, it's a lower-floor room). I really appreciate this gentle and considerate gesture. Room was spacious, if you're traveling as a couple and bring 25kgs luggages each, the room is still comfortable. Very close to station, Okubo and Shin-Okubo.
