朝食もとてもとても美味しかったです
大浴場も広くて気持ちよかったです

禁煙ルームが満室で、喫煙ルームになりました
消臭

、換気等の対応をしてくださいましたが、とてもタバコ臭く、持ち物が全てその匂いになってしまいました
これは、ホテルのせいではないのですが…
加湿器を使いましたが、朝起きたら加湿器を置いていた机の上が水浸しになっていました。
フリーでいただけるアメニティが品切れのものがあり、使えずに残念でした

Affordable price and highly recommended to stay when traveling to Tsukuba
Pros:

The property is located near the train station so very easy for movement to and from desired destinations. It has a hot tub in the 2nd floor and washing machine for clothes very comfortable stay. It is also near to a supermarket shop for cheap quality bento, fruits, snacks and drinks. Highly recommended.
