Clean and convenient
Pros:

Great location. Close to train station. Very friendly staff. King size bed.

Cons:

Bed was very hard. Convenient to station but on train line so very noisy. Be aware when booking, adult district. Probably not for families.

Mejor solo parejas. Totalmente recomendable por ubicación y tamaño de habitación y cama.
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, en estación de la linea Yamanote y otras lineas con las que recorrer toda la ciudad. Debido a que es un ‘love hotel’, la habitación está bien insonorizada, la cama es muy amplia así como la habitación en sí y el baño. Tiene todo tipo de amenities y café en la habitación. A priori todo estaba limpio y cuidado al detalle. Cuenta con calefacción de aire y deshumidificador. El precio para esta dimensión de habitación y cama en Tokio, inmejorable.

Cons:

El baño era una habitación y no tenía ventana que se pudiera abrir así que olía a humedad, tenía un ventilador que hacía algo de ruido, no para la noche mientras duermes pero sí que antes y después de ducharse, ponerlo un rato ayudaba a quitar algo de olor. La habitación tampoco tenía ventanas que se abrieran, eran translúcidas y entraba luz pero no podías abrir y que entrara algo de aire fresco. Y la cama no era la más cómoda del mundo, un poco dura, pero se podía dormir. El personal de recepción tiene una mampara que le tapa la cara y es extraño hacer el checkin sin verle la cara a la recepcionista o que entres y salgas y sepas que hay alguien pero no dice ni hola ni adios. Pero bueno, es lo que tiene que sea este tipo de hotel y es lo de menos, ya que la estancia general ha sido muy agradable.

It’s not worth it.
Pros:

The shower pressure is really nice and the rooms are quite generously sized.

Cons:

Oh where do I begin. Check in stated 6pm and my room wasn’t available until 9pm. The hotel did nothing to compensate this, even through booking.com. The rooms are dusty and not deep cleaned. My room felt like it was on the train tracks with how loud it was. There was no real instructions upon check in, which might I add is through a frosted glass window that’s got a few inches open at the bottom for hand gestures and giving your passport. The hotel was definitely a love hotel of some sort and in a dodgy part of the overall area. I’m thankful it was only for 1 night.
