池袋駅(西口北)から近く、周りにコンビニやドンキがあるためとても便利。
無料でグレードアップしてもらいとても広い部屋に案内していただきとても満足した滞在となりました。

Cons:

駅が近いため、電車の音が響く。
浴室の換気が良くないのか少し生臭かった。

Pros:

部屋が広く圧迫感がありません。
駅の出口から直進で到着するので道に迷いません。
施設付近は繁華街で飲食の店舗選びに迷うほどです。
浴室の水道の吐出量がとても良く、大きなバスタブにもかかわらず、お湯が貯まるのに時間がかからない
ウェルカムスイーツがあり、注文したところ、忙しいと思われるであろう時間にもかかわらず、すぐに届けて下さりステキな対応でした。

Cons:

チェックインの時間が18時以降なので、もう少し早くても良いと思う。逆にチェックアウトが12時だが、もう少し早くて良い。
チェックインを17時にしてチェックアウトを11時にした方が使い勝手が良い。

Worst hotel ever!
Pros:

Terrible experience! A total waste of money!!! Will never return! And, there should be some sort of support for non-Japanese customers!

Cons:

Staff was rude. The bed way too hard and everything looked old.
