とても癒されました
Pros:

朝食か最高でした。
色々疲れていたのですが、ゆっくり休めてすっかり疲れが取れました。お風呂の桜のシャンプー等がとても気に入りました。

Cons:

足湯に朝９時から利用出来ることを知らず残念でした。

駅ビルに隣接し、3階広場の食事処も大変良かった。小田原城もすぐ近くに見えた。

ロケーションが良かった。朝食も大変おいしかった。部屋がとてもクリーンでした。

Ideal location. Super convenient and easy to access. Within 5 min walking distance from Odawara station.
Also great that they have a private elevator for hotel guests to access the floors between room and restaurant and onsen baths floor.

Cons:

Nothing I can think of.
Perhaps their access instructions should remind guests that their reception and hotel floors are within a building that also have other commercial floors not used by the hotel. Hence people shouldn't expect to see a ground level hotel lobby to welcome them per se.

Pros:

The facilities are excellent. Really enjoyed the foot bath, the breakfast was wonderful and diverse, the rooms were great and had a beautiful view. I really, really enjoyed it and I look forward to going back. The location is great too.
