ベッドが良い。
部屋が清潔、空気がおいしいとさえ感じる。
景色、海が見える。
立地も観光施設と併設で、旅行気分を味わえる。
大浴場、サウナがある。
部屋に併設のシャワーが豪華、気持ちいい。
風呂トイレ別。
朝食がおいしい。

Cons:

エレベーターが不便で外出が億劫（待ち時間が長い）
お盆だったことも影響してか、他の宿泊客が多いと感じた（エレベーターが不快だったことにもつながる）

ロケーションがとても良かった。
小田原近辺の旅行で、まずホテルに荷物を預けたいという状況で選び、大正解だった。

チェックイン受付対応が良かったです。朝食のメニュー豊富でお味もとても美味しかったです。初めてでしたので海側のお部屋だったのも嬉しかったです。浴衣の用意があるのも良かったです。
