Pros:

15 minutes walk to Sapporo main station. Clean room & bathroom. Comfortable bed. Welcome coffee & tea. Friendly staff.

Cons:

WIFI was not working often. AC is centrally controlled and it was very hot in the room. Not enough bright lighting in the room which makes it dull.

Pros:

連泊ではタオルの交換はドアノブに掛けておけばOKなのでお部屋が散らかったままでも気にしなくて良かった。
ウェルカムドリンクが種類が豊富な上に美味しかった。
スタッフさんが親身になって道の検索をしてくださって有難かったです。
朝食のサラダが新鮮でものすごく美味しかったです。
何度もおかわりしてしまいました！

Cons:

朝食のスタッフさんがちょっと無愛想。
調味料がケチャップしかなく、お塩をお願いしたらでっかいボトルをそのまま持ってきてムスッと渡されました。
呆れてしまいました。
ケチャップがダメな人もいるのでもう少し柔軟な対応をしてください。
朝から大変嫌な気持ちになりました。
食事をする場なのに紙ナプキンなどが何もないのも改善してほしいです。

Pros:

The room was great! I liked it. It was possibly the largest hotel room I've actually had in Japan. Staff was always really nice. There was a coffee machine in the lobby, but I couldn't quite figure out how to work it and I didn't want to make a mess. There's a really good supermarket just a block away. Close to the metro station, or you can walk 10 - 15 minutes to Sapporo main station.
