晴れていたらもっと良かった〜
Pros:

お風呂が最高でしたが、ロビーを通って行くのが少し恥ずかしい感じがしました

Cons:

部屋の鏡の電気のスイッチが不明のままだったのが残念でした
聞けば良かったんですが恥ずかしくて聞けませんでした

最悪でした。
Pros:

何もなし。

Cons:

間違えて、喫煙室を予約してしまったので、禁煙室に変更を願いたが変更していただけなかった。一晩中タバコ臭い部屋で寝ることになって、大変不快であった。また朝飯がビュッフェではなく、大変貧弱な料理だった。二度と利用しません。

Simple efficient convenient and comfortable, onsen is nice bonus

便座が冷たい
Pros:

朝のおにぎりが思いのほかおいしかったです。

Cons:

便座が冷たかったです。
ツインなのだから、ルームキーが2つ欲しかったです。
タオルがサイズの小さいもの(洗面台を拭いたりできるような)も欲しいです。
