Gammelt hotel men sødt personale
Pros:

Meget sødt personale. 15 min fra stationen og tæt på bymidten.

Cons:

Hotellet er gammelt og det kan man godt mærke på faciliteterne og desværre også sengen som ikke var så god. Prisen er også relativt høj i forhold til faciliteterne.

Sehr gute Lage und Personal
Pros:

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, was man an der Einrichtung auch sieht. Mich hat es nicht gestört. Die Zimmer sind sauber, die Dusche super und das Personal superfreundlich.

Man muss den Schlüssel nicht mitnehmen. Den gibt man bei der Rezeption ab, wenn man das Hotel für den Tag verlässt.

Preisleistungstechnisch ist das Hotel in Yamagata wirklich unschlagbar.

central location, fair price
Pros:

The hotel is just a short 10-15 minutes walk away from the central train and bus station. Around the area you will find a lot of different restaurants and bars, but the hotel is away fom the hustle and bustle. The building itself is an older one. There is not much of noise canceling, so you will hear traffic noise and some noise of your room neighbours as well. For me it was no problem and the streets are getting quiet at night and also no noise guests during my stay. Since the building is an older one also the facilities are of the same character. In my room visible patch work was done on the walls and in the bathroom. Though everything was done in good order and was maintained you clearly see its age.
The staff is friendly and the room was very spacious and had all amenities (fridge, kettle, AC etc.) and the price is fair. The bad was comfortable and all in all it was good.
