Pros:

住宿地點很棒，附近有三間便利商店，也有一些餐廳在周邊，走路10分鐘左右就可以到達國際通。不自駕的話，走路5分鐘就到旭橋站了，自駕的話，附近有很多停車場可以停車，我們比價過，隔兩條街的停車場和巷口出去的大型室內停車場，停過夜都還算優惠。

Cons:

房間要連住7天才有服務人員來清潔，因此垃圾要自己打包先放房內，回收要自己拿下樓丟。四人房房間偏小，幾乎要把床全都合併了才能有空間打開行李箱。

Pros:

先講優點，地點離單軌站(旭橋站)很近，走路約五分鐘可以到，拖行李移動不會太辛苦，巴士總站就在單軌站旁，不自駕的朋友搭車也很方便，附近很多好吃的，便利商店有7-11全家LAWSON，走到國際通大約10~15分鐘。
進飯店大門要使用他們提供的密碼才能進去(記得去訂房網看訊息或是收電子郵件)，進去後使用自動登錄機報到，櫃台不會有服務人員在場，登錄完成會給你一張印有大門和房間密碼的紙條，記得先拍照以免弄丟。
房間內部很乾淨，沒有異味，燈光算明亮，隔音感受因人而異，我住三晚沒什麼聽到人的聲音，但有聽到拖拉椅子或桌子的聲音。
設備部分:LG電視(可以看Youtube)、清淨機、除溼機(沖繩常常突然下雨，可以烘乾帽子鞋子之類的)、烘衣機、洗衣機(不大，一次約三人份一天的量，沒有附洗衣粉，可以去超市或唐吉訶德買洗衣球)、浴缸(算大，180cm進去腳可以完全伸直，有小孩的記得帶泡澡球)。

Cons:

再來說說美中不足的部分，飯店只提供飯店前面兩個車位給最貴的兩個套房使用，畢竟市區寸土寸金，在訂房時一定要看清楚你訂的是不是有含車位的套房，若不是只能停附近的收費停車場，最近的就在飯店旁約20公尺處，最便宜的是圖書館停車場(在巴士總站哪裡)。
從浴室出來的高低落差有點大，沒戴眼鏡沒看清楚就會跌倒，家人有因此拐到腳，
總結來說，除了停車需要再付一筆費用和浴室高低落差之外，其他部分算是滿意。
