Pros:

It is conveniently located - the train station is close ( about 3 minutes), the next konbini is around the corner, and Daiso also being only 100 meter away was a life saver.
Kichijōji in general is a very nice place to stay.

The room looked modern & the colors were warm and inviting.

The shower was quite nice & comfortable.

Cons:

There was some kind if weird parchment-paper glued over parts of the aircon, which made us wonder and worry about the cleanliness. There was a long hair in the fridge & it got quite stuffy in the room. We knew there would be no window, but we hoped the aircon would be able to supply us better with fresh air.

Pros:

何と言っても立地が良い。駅近で繁華街がすぐそばなので、とても便利。
テレビや空調、シャワーなど一通りの設備は備わっているので、居室内では過ごしやすい。

Cons:

とにかく狭いので、窮屈感がある。小窓が上の方に一つあるだけで採光が少なく、照明も比較的暗いので、その点は理解しておく必要がある。
