Equipe maravilhosa!
Pros:

Tudo muito bom neste hotel, a limpeza, a cortesia do café da manhã, a experiência muito legal da fogueira, as instalações, a vista do quarto, o terraço. Mas preciso destacar a gentileza e educação de toda a equipe, sem exceção. Não sei o nome de todos, só do Sr. Ozeki, que nos recepcionou com muita atenção e carinho.Todos eles foram maravilhosos! Muito feliz por ter ficado neste hotel.

家族のいい思い出が出来ました。子供たちもまた来たいとずっと言っています。

Pros:

Very convenient location, 1 min walk from the station. Nice eco friendly concept.

Cons:

Breakfast was basic within a small box including a small sandwich and some lettuce. Coffee and juice were available.

家族で楽しく過ごせたので概ね満足
Pros:

温浴施設がすぐ近くにあり、すぐ後ろが山の為自然も感じることができた。
焚火のスペースもあり、天気が良ければ家族でやりたかった。
朝食もオシャレでボリュームもあり味も良かった。

Cons:

特にはないが、駐車場が併設されていないため、車で行く場合は近くのパーキングに停めるほかない。料金がなかなか高い為、宿泊費のリーズナブルさと相殺されてしまった感はある。

子供が聖人になれました
Pros:

子供と泊まったのですが「ここの人、いい人しかいないね🎵」「楽しいね、次はいつ来る？」と本当に楽しかったようです。確かにスタッフの方々が良い方ばかりで宿泊前からビックリしました。
スーペリアルームでしたが最高で２段ベッドに大興奮。室内も清潔でお風呂もゆったり、木がスベスベで床でも遊び放題。屋上にくつろぎスペースがあり景色も良くイイ気持ち、焚き火で薪割り♪ベーコン美味しい。レストランも美味しく大満足。
高尾山も川も駅も近いから便利で全てが満足で文句はないです。

Cons:

良くないのではなく運の問題ですが、夜中に騒いでるかたがいらっしゃった(￣▽￣;)私は心が狭く「は～」と思っていたのですが子供は「ここが最高すぎて興奮してるんだね。わかるよ。」とタカオネが良すぎて聖人!?聖母!?になってしまいました。
