It is perfect if you are there for hiking but not for family with little kids :)
Pros:

It is very cool hotel if you are there for hiking or family with older kids. It has bonfire, gears for rent, and very good location. There is also free drinks in the morning like tea, juice, coffee, and milk.

Cons:

The parking situation is a little bit of messy. You will have to park at the affiliated parking that is 3 mins walk away, and often full. It is not baby friendly with very small elevator and very only one pillow per bed. There is also no TV nor water in the room.

ビジネスホテルより安らぎがありました。
Pros:

朝食のサンドウィッチboxは自分の好み通り野菜が使われていてよかったです。飲み物フリーも朝らしくて気に入りました。

Cons:

カフェでの食事内容は少し不満。定食でごはんとみそ汁がついていたわりに、おかずが洋風でパンのほうがあっていたかもしれないです。あとサラダはほとんどがレタスでご飯のおかずにはならないです。夕食のメニューは工夫してほしいです。

高尾山にとても近く移動が楽で便利でした。部屋も広く清潔で、バスタブがあるのは良。疲れが取れました。朝食もとても美味しかったです。

宿泊費の受付の方に、大変親切にしていたきました。ベビーカーの空気入れをしていただいたり、次の日の高尾山へのコースの選び方や楽しみ方を大変丁寧に教えていただき、とてもいい思い出になりました。また行きたいです。

高尾観光をフルに楽しむための清潔な宿。
Pros:

12月中旬で、窓にはカーテンがない箇所があるものの寒さも感じず、清潔な部屋で居心地良くぐっすりと眠ることができました。焚き火ができるのも最高で、ぜひまた泊まりたいと思いました。
野菜たっぷりの朝食も嬉しかったです。

Cons:

シャワーキャップ、歯磨きコップが欲しかったです。

Clean and accessible
Pros:

Accommodation is super accessible as it is only a short walk from Takao station. They offered a special experience for people staying in November to cook instant ramen over a campfire - they also offer options to purchase meat and marshmallows etc for campfires on regular days. The room was clean and had ample hooks for hanging clothes.

Cons:

Signage for opening times of the restaurant weren't super clear - good to clarify with staff as they may close the restaurant to people not staying overnight, but we didn't know and almost went hungry as many other places also close early for dinner service.

とてもよかった
Pros:

焚火を初体験して子供がとても喜んだ。朝食のBOXを部屋に運んで食べた。ゆっくり食べられたのでとてもよかったしおいしくて満足。チェックイン前、高尾山に登るために荷物を預けた。駅から近くスムーズに預かっていただけてとても助かった。
