Pros:

22:00以降はフロントが無人になるので出入りに気を使わなくても良い所

Cons:

①駐車料金が追加で￥500掛かるのがセコい。
出張で遅めのチェックインだったから、早く部屋に入りたいのにいちいち現金の精算をしないといけないのが本当にダルかった。
②近隣（というか併設して）スナックがあるので深夜まで騒がしい。
③古いビジネルホテルあるあるだが、シャワーの水圧は弱い。

Pros:

自販機とウォーターサーバーが部屋のすぐ前にあり便利が良い
シーツ、タオル、ガウン、真っ白で気持ちよかった

Cons:

クローゼットの取っ手が片方とれていて、ネジがむき出しだった
古いのは仕方がないが、壊れたままなのはちょっと残念な気持ちになった
