Pros:

唐人駅から近く、コンビニも近い、食事する場所もある。
ロケーションが良いのに、安くてコスパが良い。
福岡はホテルが高くて、空きも少ないのでホテル探しに苦労する。
博多駅からは少し離れているが、地下鉄があるので困らない。野球観戦じゃなくても利用するのはお得だと思う。

アメニティやガウンが受付前に置いてあるので、自分で必要に応じて受け取れて便利でした。ソフトドリンクも種類があってよかったです。1口ではあるけどジェットバスもついててよかったです。
