快適でした。またリピートしたい
Pros:

部屋が広く、風呂とトイレがセパレートされ湯船にゆっくり浸かれた。設備はそ新しく清潔。
駅からも近く立地も良い。
フリードリンクとオプションの朝食パンサービスも良かった。チェックアウト時間も11時なのがありがたい。

Very attentive staff, great location, easy access and close to several points of interest
Pros:

Good location, 5 mins away from Ohori Park by foot and less than 15 mins from Hakata Station. The room was bigger than we expected

快適でした
Pros:

ユニットバスだが浴槽と洗い場が別。ジェットバス付。
ラウンジでコーヒー（美味）、スパークリングワインが飲める。
11:00チェックアウト。

Cons:

奥の部屋をアサインしてもらえたが、子連れ家族が23:30くらいまでうるさかった。
エレベーターが必ず2階（フロント階）に止まるのが少しかったるい。
コインランドリー洗濯400円、乾燥20分100円は高い!?

Pros:

トイレとお風呂がセパレートされてるので、お風呂を溜めて浸かることができたこと、また、ベッドがエアウィーヴで寝やすかったです。

Cons:

結果的に部屋を替えていただくことで対応いただきましたが、案内された客室のWi-Fi環境が悪く、仕事ができなかった点
