Location for about 1 km from hilton fukuoka seahawk .so was ok

Cons:

Houskeeping service not beyond 10 am.they want to us put the card outside for cleaning.in morning.They need to brief us the rules at time of checkin.
In flexibe check out time. Not given 30 min extra time n charged YEN 1000 for 1 hr extra time.
Also checkin was only at 3.00 pm altough v reached 30 min before.
No water for drinking.
Rooms very small.
Not value for money.

Good location, price and appliances. Staff are also very professional and helpful.
Pros:

The staff is amazing. They really do whatever is possible to make yourself confortable. They have coin laudry machines at the hotel, which is also very convenient.
