We needed a hotel room on very short notice because of a cancelled flight. This was perfect.
Pros:

As almost always in Japan, it was a real pleasure to stay in the hotel. Service was wonderful, and people were exquisitely polite and friendly.

2. I came down and check out and i asked reception for 1 bottle of water she said cannot give.

Pros:

空港からの移動が遅くなりそうで連絡したところ丁寧い案内していただいた。一人での利用でしたが空港でも近く（国際線からホテルまで20分ほど、最寄りの泉佐野駅からも近いです）、朝は送迎のバスまでありました。ユニットバスではなく湯船とシャワーがしっかり分かれていてびっくりしました。次の日は朝からの便でしたがおかげで朝ゆっくり過ごせました。また機会がありましたら利用したいです。
