Absolut erholsamer Aufenthalt in super Lage
Pros:

Einfach alles. Die Lage und das kleine familiäre Hotel direkt am Strand. Das Frühstück war wie immer super lecker. Ebenso das Essen aus dem Restaurant... Immer alles frisch und der Thai Fish ist besonders zu empfehlen. Es sind sehr angenehme Gäste dort und das Personal immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles einfach alles super.

Pros:

Une expérience fantastique. Les chambres sont d'un confort absolu et les repas sont un pur délice. Un immense merci à toute l'équipe pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur disponibilité. Tout était parfait, je recommande les yeux fermés !
Un immense merci à Omar de la sécurité pour sa bienveillance , Djuma pour sa gentillesse et son accueil, Shee, un homme incroyable et tellement humain, et Abdallah , qui a rendu ce séjour remplie de bienveillance, de générosité, de partage. C’est le cœur triste que nous quittons les lieux…

Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage am Strand. Transport zu Cafés/Restaurant oder kleinen Läden mit Tuktuks. Schöne Bungalows. Leckeres Frühstück mit Obst, lokalem Essen, Toast und Cornflakes/Müsli. Die Massage war sehr cool :)

Cons:

Die Bungalows sind "nur" verwinkelt und haben keine Türen. Das Badezimmer ist direkt mit dem Schlafzimmer verbunden. Man bekommt pro Tag 1l Wasser (für 2 Personen). Schmeckt leider absolut nicht (wie verschmorter Kabelgeruch).
Wozu einen Kühlschrank im Bungalow, wenn Essen & Getränke von Extern in der ganzen Anlage nicht erwünscht sind?
Als wir am 2. Abend um 22:30 Uhr noch etwas and er Bar bestellen wollten, hieß es, dass der Barkeeper schon weg ist. (Öffnungszeit bis 23 Uhr) Wir wurden kurz nach 22 Uhr gefragt, ob wir etwas trinken wollen. Unsere Antwort "später". Ein Hinweis, das sie früher schließen wäre nett gewesen. Wilde Katzen, die beim Essen um die Füße streichen sind wohl "normal"

Fijne, relaxte dagen gehad bij dit resort
Pros:

Hele fijne rustige omgeving aan een mooi stuk strand. Personeel staat voor je klaar en is heel vriendelijk.

Cons:

Enige puntje van aandacht is een douchegordijn voor het toilet. Dat geeft weinig privacy, een deur of wat meer afsluiting zou wel helpen

Pros:

Super schönes kleines Hotel. Besonders erwähnenswert ist das Personal und die direkte Strandlage. Das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Rama.
Das Frühstücksangebot könnte besser sein. 9 Tage das gleiche recht überschaubare Angebot. Eine Sorte Wurst ( Aufschnitt) ist definitiv zu wenig. Käse, ausser 1 Sorte Schmierkäse, gab es überhaupt nicht.
Wir sind als gute Freunde verreist und hatten einen Bungalow mit Meerblick. Lohnt sich auf jeden Fall das zu buchen. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, das es keine Toilettentür gibt. Die Toilette ist nur mit einem Duschvorhang getrennt, vom, in etwa 1,5 Meter entfernten, Bett. Das funktioniert nicht bei Freunden oder frischen Liebespaaren🙄
Tip: Auf keinen Fall Geld wechseln im Hotel. Der Wechselkurs ist eine Frechheit. Und kein Tuk Tuk über das Hotel bestellen. Das Hotel bestellt ein Tuk Tuk und man zahlt über diese Buchung das doppelte. Einfach aus dem Hotel raus auf die Straße gehen, da stehen etliche Tuk Tuk's und man bezahlt die Hälfte.

Service laat veel te wensen over
Pros:

Mooie, verzorgde en ruime kamer. Locatie aan het strand is top.

Cons:

De massale aanwezigheid van vliegen, zowel aan de bar als in het restaurant bij het ontbijt. Vooral tijdens het ontbijt niet te doen! We zijn gaan lopen, zo vervelend. Misschien kunnen waaiers aan het plafond een oplossing bieden.
Bij de check-in werden we aan de kant gezet in een zetel zonder enige uitleg over hoe lang we op onze kamer moesten wachten. Vrienden kregen te horen dat hun kamer klaar was, dan toch een uur wachten aan receptie, om dan te horen dat de kamer nog altijd niet klaar was. Manke organisatie.
Wachttijd in het restaurant 's avonds veel te lang. Na een uur nog altijd geen voorgerecht, na enig aandringen dan plots wel. Er zat weinig volk op dat ogenblik, in de keuken daarentegen volk genoeg.

A nice room, but no service.
Pros:

The rooms are good : clean, enough space, good shower.
Rooms with sea view are fantastic.
Very nice beach in front.

Cons:

Service is below zero. Check-in : we sat there for more than 1 hour without any news. Our room would be ready in ‘a few minutes’. We decided to go to the bar to have a drink. After another hour we were informed that the room was ready.
Breakfast was ok but we could not eat due to the flies - I understand that flies can be a problem but not 1 effirt or action was done to keep flies away - disgusting.
Check out took 30 minutes : again not 1 word was said.
If there would be an increase in quality of service, this hotel would be a Pearl. Today it isn’t the case.

It’s ok but could have Been better
Pros:

The location is great, the the room is a bit old but I like the bed is massive it clean in general the room

Cons:

especially the bathroom is too hot and need more furnishings eg there is no hanger to put your clothes. The floor looks very old the toilet don’t have any door there is no fan it’s too hot in general. The second is the restaurant breakfast to difficult to eat because of flies it’s lots and after ordering your dinner you have to wait for long for your food to served the staffs are a bit slow some of them. The bar is in the middle of the rooms can be crowded especially on Sunday but I wish they have a bar with loud music further away from the rooms

De kamer en ligging van het hotel.

Dit was het duurste hotel van heel onze reis.
De service: onze vrienden moesten plots meer dan 1 uur wachten op hun kamer, aan de receptie. Nochtans mooi terras aan het strand om te wachten?
Te veel vliegen, zowel op terras als in het restaurant/anan het ontbijt!!!!!
Keuken heeft geen rekening gehouden met mijn allergie voor schelpdieren.

I loved staying at Eleven Pearls Boutique & Spa. I had a seaview. The staff was friendly.
Pros:

The breakfast choice was great. It is a buffet setting local coffee is served. If you wish for Latte or Capuccino for example you were told to pay extra.

Cons:

The Spa Masseuse Alice was great. The shower in the Spa need urgent renovation. The floor and shower are outdated after my body scrub a portable shower head would have been practical. The water went out while I was showering but within 2 minutes the water was back on. There are good massage options but if you are looking for Hammam quality you will be disappointed.
