Pros:

Отличное местоположение , персонал замечательный отзывчивый( не было мыла в ванной, сразу после просьбы принесли )

Not worth the money
Pros:

Spacious room and clean.

Cons:

Plugs did not work on the room on one side. Facilities did look good but some things did not work. One women of the staff was really rude, seems like they were not prepared for online bookings and the entire check in process was a mess

In general the hotel was excellent, the owner was very always friendly and trying to be helpful
Pros:

The property was clean, nice, the room was great , it was a double room with terrace

Breakfast was excellent for this type of hotel

Cons:

The view to the lake was through cemetery

It was perfect. Girl on reception helped us a lot. She arranged our tours and trasport to Karakol very quick and professional. She deserves bonus for this month. 🙂 Recommendations!

Pros:

The hotel is new, the rooms are done tastefully and comfortable. Food is good and has ample variety for vegetarians too. Kids play area is an added advantage. Nice family run business, has the homely touch. Location is superb with the lake view.

Cons:

Water pressure in the washroom was quite slow, difficult to take shower. The food was good but the service was slow. Many a times staff wasn't available at the reception. In some rooms cuatains didn't provide full coverage.

My stay was delightful thanks to the hotel's comfortable accommodations and friendly staff
Pros:

My stay at this hotel was exceptional. The facilities were beautiful and comfortable, with spacious rooms and a particularly comfortable bed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The hotel also has fantastic amenities including a large gym and areas for kids, and the food served was delicious.

Cons:

While the hotel's location was a 20-minute walk from the small town of Cholpon-Ata, they offered taxi services upon request. Despite the language barrier with the staff, which required the use of Google Translate, their efforts to ensure guest comfort were commendable and made up for any communication challenges.
