Staff and owner all so nice and friendly, let alone other customers.
Location is very closed to the beach.
Nothing
I travelled with my 2 boys of 15 and 16.
Staff very nice, you feel like at home: Friendly and full of usefull info. It is evident they are in love with Kep and contribute to keep this city as virgin as possible.
Food is delicious: as italians we suggest the only carbonara in Cambdia not with beckon but with the cheek of the pig.
Position is ideal. Few meters fronte the beach.
Bathroom is ok.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Close to beach
This hotel has only got the close proximity to Kep beach on its side.
It is quite outdated and the sofa broken down with a loose cover to hide it. Low season not the best time to be in Kep. Very dirty seawater and deserted area.
The Location was very good.Views from the balcony where I could see the beach and the national Park close to transport. Breakfast was good
The plumbing and water wete very poor. The shower just dribbled enough to scarcely wash. The bathroom basin leaked water on the floor.
Perfect location on Kep beach which was just steps away from the property.
Nice feel about the place and friendly and helpful staff.
Our room was nice and big with a big terrace also with sea view - great spot to watch the sunset from.
Breakfast was available and restaurant open throughout day and night.
The location, the room, the staff were great. If I was coming back to Kep, but this is where I would stay. my friend stayed at a much more expensive place but it was only half as nice as this. I felt absolutely welcome to and taken care of. Highly recommended.
The beach itself… The water has very little visibility. Don’t think you’re going to come here to snorkel. The water is filled with particulate matter. Refreshing, but I it’s a better beach for sun bathing than swimming.
Large room nicely decorated
The shower: hot water, good pressure
The owner and I didn’t see eye to eye on different points. She has an answer for everything and doesn’t take account of the other point of view. I guess that it can be difficult to please everyone. I wasn’t please, but it doesn’t mean you won’t.
Beach and monkeys❣️
The view was beautiful. Sunset, ocean and mountain ⛱️ 🌄 🌇
Punchbag for training is a nice touch.
I loved the wicker beach design in the room, real late 1980s.
Staff(pretty dark haired woman)here was the only person who asked me each day how I was. Good to have follow up and show customer care.
I look forward to seeing this place in a year or two as I can see it's going to be very special
Furniture outside was very worn to the point of being unusable.
Food so expensive I didn't get to try 🙃 I wouldn't pay $8 for breakfast in England let alone Asia, also I never eat where they charge "foreigners" more.
The surrounding area out side was peculiar to me, beach, little resort I was in was cute and felt safe however out front some sort of "pub" or "shelter" selling beer with so many hammocks, add the public washroom and unfortunately it gave off a homeless slum vibe to me.
No entertainment inside resort at night, really quiet with no resort feel.
Friendly staff, excellent location, clean rooms, top floor room with balcony is one of my favourite hotel rooms in Cambodia.
Everything about the hotel was exceptional.
Nothing to dislike. It was all good.
Location is fantastic. The family of monkeys on the balcony were entertaining.
Owner was accommodating regarding our reservation.
Room 301 on the third floor was a journey up steep stairs.
Room was colonial and need of a refurbish IMHO
the place was cozy pretty close to the port and other activities on the beach.
The location is great and special meals are to savour
