Pros:

персонал вежливый.
в номере тепло.
вай фай отличный.
напор воды супер.
есть одноразовые тапочки, гель, шампунь, фен, чайник,ТВ, холодильник, кондиционер.
номер просторный.
рядом заправка, можно в магазине купить продукты.
документы были готовы оперативно.

Cons:

обычно после брони или перед заездом пишет отель. я сама за день позвонила узнать ждут ли.
стоял какой то запах странный.
нет халата.
нет зубпасты и зубщетки (но на ресепшне продается).
в номере нет чая кофе, кулер в коридоре есть.
третий этаж без лифта высокие лестницы, если у вас проблемы с ногой.
два полотенца выдали оба застиранные.
