Cons:

Very weird location of room with windows to corridor with all the time turn on and turn off light as in jail (so no chance to sleep, cause ppl always going to toilet and shower, well it’s looks like a night club lighting)
Pillows are not comfortable, poor my neck

这件事情让我气愤，是因为我无知了，我不知道阿斯塔纳的酒店服务可以做成这样！

新，硬件除了床以外都满意。

Cons:

对整个哈萨克的好感一下子被这里的员工毁了。11:53就会过来敲门，可以连续三次，还拿着pos机！我半夜到的想多休息一下都不能。语言不通，第二天订中午赶不回去怕他们生气扔我东西所以提前订好付款。他们又是说没有收到钱，让我无法呆在房间里面！ 感觉我来这个酒店是为她们服务的，方便且配合她们然后服务她们，而不是我作为客人可以享受服务！不管怎么说，我只能、只有给个差评。太糟糕的一次住宿体验了！

Hotel qiymətinə görə yaxşı idi. Təmiz, səliqəli və bir çox lazımi avadanlıqlarla təchiz edilmişdi. Çalışanların xanımların səmimiyyəti və anlayışı təqdirə layiq idi. Uçuşumuz gecə olduğu üçün, çalışan xanımlardan xahiş edib, lobbydə qala bilməyimiz üçün şərait yaratdılar. Buna görə də əlavə təşəkkürlər bildirirəm

Pros:

Приятный дизайн интерьера, очень чисто, вкусный кофе, хорошее обслуживание. За эту цену соотношение хорошее.

Cons:

Одноместный номер, узкий и длинный как пенал, но дизайн сделан правильно поэтому не давит, но не было телевизора, и шкафа(он не влезет просто), только напольная вешалка. Было очень жарко, а окно в моем номере было в виде форточки высоко, и не очень помогало справиться с жарой. Ну и в мой «тариф» не входили средства гигиены, оказалось, что их надо покупать.
