Pros:

В целом отель не новый, но в сравнении с некоторыми отелями и гостиницами Астаны, где цена выше, а условия на порядок хуже, Торгай превосходит и по чистоте и комфорту и вполне соответствует цена-качество. И можно сказать что цена достаточно приемлема.

Pros:

早餐很普通，不过外面汉堡还不如这个；位置很不错，卫生也很好，门外有纯净水，是很好。走遍吃饭比较多，尤其地下有个酒吧，啤酒和肉都非常美味。非常惊艳这边饮食。非常棒

Friendly staff, safe location, very good food in the restaurant/pub downstairs

Cons:

First, the cleanness of the room could have been better as we discovered empty Cola bottle under the bed. Second we requested airport transfer, were informed that it will be 6000tg, but upon arrival were charged 7000, not clear if it is hotel policy or just a whim of the receptionist.

Вероятно, лучший недорогой отель Астаны.
Pros:

Очень хорошие, вежливые и тактичные девушки на ресепшене. Номера в хорошем состоянии, очень удачное расположение - в радиусе 5 минут ходьбы ТЦ, макдональс, несколько продуктовых и кафе, автобусная остановка. Нормальные кровати с добротными матрасами, в номере несколько розеток. Можно на несколько часов оставить вещи до/после заселения.

Cons:

В зимнее время не работают кондиционеры
Завтраки прекрасные, но если оплачивать отдельно - как будто чуть дороже своей цены
