They organized for us transporting trip.. the room has small fridge which is nessary in this climate.

Pros:

Walking distance to everywhere, there were grocery shops, pubs and food places near. Laundry was easy to get done.

Cons:

Breakfast was like fruits and something from eggs, not really worth to pay any extra.

Cons:

The first person when we got there wanted to charge a different price for the room and told us a different price for a transfer to a village, then charged us more for the room an extra day we stayed. The last day was a different guy, it was his first day, he was super nice and helpful

Unpleasant change of hotels
Pros:

Rooms were standard.

Cons:

We were travelling with a group of 27 people and were told on arrival that the hotel we had booked (the one this review is going to, Villay Vanh) was not available due to construction damage and had to stay in another hotel of the same owner. The new hotel was at a road with no views and no flair at all. When we complained and showed the owner the pictures of the terrace with river view we had been looking forward to, she said that this was actually not part of the hotel anyway but belonged to the restaurant next door (!) so we would not have any reason to complain and that there was no other option for us than to stay in the new place (called the pavilion hotel).
The pavilion hotel was ok but not nice… we did not like the location and the overall atmosphere was sterile and not so pleasant.
We also found it strange that although we were told we could not stay in our booked hotel due to the damage it was still possible to book this hotel on booking.com
When we agreed to stay in the new place the owner asked us to submit a „no show“ with booking.com, which we refused to do.

Value for money in a great location
Pros:

Comfy beds, plenty of space, good working bathroom. This property has lots of natural polished wood surfaces. Close to cafes and has an ATM nearby. Walking distance to night market and the Mekong river. Breakfast was included with adequate choice.

Cons:

🤔 cant recall being dissatisfied about anything.

Cons:

Taux de change frauduleux pour payer la chambre en liquide.
Pas de vitres aux fenêtres, entend donc encore plus :
-Les personnes des autres chambres discuter
-Les chiens du quartier aboyer la nuit
-Les 2 hôtels en travaux autour des 7h du matin pour toute la journée.

Perfect
Pros:

It was very clean and peaceful and the breakfast is delicious!
But the best part has been Mrs Dina and her staff: they are really great people, very kind and they really take care about their guests.

Nice value, helpful and nice host
Pros:

Room had everything to be expected. Nice breakfast. The house is beautiful with a nice terrace. The host was very kind and help us organize and book daytrips and transfer to the train station. Very good value for the money

Cons:

The room did not have any windows.
