Pros:

Ystävällinen henkilökunta, joustava varauksen muuttaminen. Allasalue superkaunis etenkin ilta-aikaan!

Cons:

-Huone oli likainen (hämähäkinseittejä) ja nuhjuinen. Huoneeseen mennessä ilma kostea ja tunkkainen, huoneessa haisi hirveällä, koska siellä oli elektroninen hyttyskarkotin päällä.
-Ilmastointi ei toiminut kunnolla.
-Ei tavallisia lakanoita, vain karheaa kangasta olevat liinat patjan suojana ja peittona.
-Huone oli varattu 2 aikuiselle ja kahdelle lapselle, mutta petejä, tyynyjä ja peittoja oli vain kolmelle.
-Allasalue oli kyllä kaunis, mutta allas oli likainen ja vesi seissyttä ja lämmintä kuin lehmänhönkäys. Liekö kyse puuttellisesta suodatuksesta (?), koska muissa alueen majapakoissa ei ollut samaa ongelmaa, vaikka ilma oli kuuma muuallakin.

Kaikenkaikkiaan suuri pettymys täältä luettujen arvioiden jälkeen. Onneksi saimme muutettua joustavasti varausta ja yövyimme vain yhden yön.

Ein sehr neuer schöner Pool!
In Laufnähe gibt es wunderschöne Strände!

Cons:

Etwas irritierend fanden wir die Aufforderung bei der Ankunft, umgehend die gesamte Zeit von 4 Nächten im Voraus zu zahlen. Es war das einzige Mal, dass dies uns in 7 Wochen Sri Lanka passierte.
Der Frühstücksplatz sollte ein wenig aufgehübscht werden. Die Katzen haben in der kleinen Küche überall Zugang.

Great place with family atmosphere

We spent 3 beautiful days in this place. The owner and employees take great care of the guests. They provided us with a family atmosphere, breakfasts and dinners were very good. Pool and clean rooms with a beautiful garden. From the apartment you can walk to 3 wonderful beaches. We warmly recommend

Замечательный отель, отзывчивый персонал, ненавязчивое обслуживание, нормальный завтрак. Бассейн чистый, подсветка на территории добавляет уют. Отличное расположение, в 5минутной пешей доступности находятся три хороших пляжа. Экскурсии и трансфер от отеля организовываются очень удобно и комфортно по оплате. Рекомендую. Ресторан при отеле неплохой, пару раз обедали и ужинали.

Можно было бы поработать над качеством завтрака. Но учитывая стоимость проживания, нормально

We rate our stay at this hotel very positively; a 10 out of 10. This is a family-run hotel run by a young, energetic man who sees nothing as impossible. He has a car, which our group of six traveled to all the places we wanted to visit at a reasonable price. The hotel's location is very good. The food is excellent. Breakfast is included in the price, and other meals can be ordered even a few hours in advance. The hosts are extremely hospitable and helpful. It was a shame to leave. We highly recommend this hotel.

Было бы неплохо обеденную зону сделать более светлой и чистой .
Pros:

Расположение хорошее , в пешей доступности супермаркет, кафе.несколько красивых пляжей .
Приветливая и доброжелательная семья, всегда реагировали на наши просьбы .Чистый и новый бассейн, небольшой , но хороший .
Семейный номер просторный и в нем есть все необходимое.

Cons:

Не очень понравились завтраки , это был наш 5-й отель на Шри Ланке.
На завтраках блинчики были вкусные , остальное не очень.Фрукты не всегда .
Так же пару раз заказывали еду на обед , тоже не понравилось.Рано утром , около 5-6 утра начинался шум , отель семейный и слышны были разговоры и шум из кухни , людей с чутким сном это может смутить .

I've stayed at this hotel many, many times , and have always said " it cant get better" well it has and I will come to that shortly, it's a family run hotel , I was treated very very well from the first date I stay 4 years or more ago I travel too sri lanka very often , running my own little charity , donating cricket equipment too two local schools, one here in ahungalla, and one in nearby balipitiya, everything about these people who run this family hotel is wonderful, there honest , caring , more than helpfull generous with there outstanding food , the cleaner nillanka ( non family, ) does a wonderful job , washes my clothes in the hotel machine , dries it folds it up etc etc , I give her a tip each time, 1000 rupees, less than a pint of beer at home , Ramesha, and vinoj also run the village stores so if you want provision,s you just request it and it will be bought to you , vinoj mum and auntie are on site continuelsy , so it's never unattended, then there's uncle silva who I've become very friendly with , a retired gem stone expert who I bought some lovley bits from for a fraction of the money you'd pay elsewhere, they give great advice on what and what not to do and who and who not not to trust , well you might ask with my 10 out 10 review , how can it get better , here goes its now got a 12 foot by 36 foot approximately, swimming pool , that's paradise , it was the only thing that the place missed but I put up with that because the way I'm treated here etc etc , but the pool is the icing on the cake as us English say love it here coming back for 4 weeks in November again with my 🏏 cricket equipment, for the underprivileged, , the one thing I don't like is leaving,

Splendid stay
Pros:

We did a last minute booking ! The owner was super friendly ! He also helped us with the adapter ! The breakfast was super big and good ! They are currently finishing the work for the swimming pool I think that in a few days the place will be even better

Pros:

Really nice room located next to the beaches. Very good breakfast in quantity! And the staff are really nice and helpful. They took us for a boat trip to see the mangroves and to see what there is to see around. And show us the gems from Sri Lanka. Highly recommended!

Good value for money!
Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly, our room was nice and spacious. The outdoor area was very chill. We had the best (masala) roti in the whole Sri Lanka.

This is our second visit, and we loved it just as much as the first!
Pros:

I absolutely loved everything about this property—the facilities, restaurant, staff, food, and location were all exceptional. One of the highlights is the easy access to both Long Beach and small beautiful secret beach, perfect for unwinding in the evening. The area is peaceful and serene, making it an ideal spot for a truly relaxing vacation.

Lovely
Pros:

The owner and staff that work there are absolutely lovely and made my stay.

The room was large with a balcony and had air conditioning. Lovely modern bathroom and large bed.

Breakfast was lovely. And they can provide dinner for a great price (cheapest in the area)

Free tea and coffee and use of there kitchen. Lovely little bar area and lovely cats and dogs.

Location was great just a short walk to a small quiet beach.
