The staff are professional, extremely friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable of the area and the best transportation for the money.
Not much I've came here. This is my seventh time. It was the worst out of all seven times before it was great but I heard to have a new owner.
Just didn't feel like it did the last six times I stayed there. I guess I have a new owner. The staff wasn't. That's great guys! Before it was okay an average hotel at best. Before it used to be great.
Staff. staff. staff were great!
We have chosen this place cause it had a pool over many others and pool was dirty and then closed for most of our stay. Staff but made up for it! They were really a superb bunch.. recommend
The good thing about this place is the pretty comfy mattress of the beds.
We had big 3 cockroaches in our room when we first entered. Obviously nobody checked. The pool looks like a place for dissolving bodies but not swimming. The personnel is nice but not really helpful. They booked us a transfer to El Nido but the driver had so many side hustles that the 4:40 Tour became a 7 hours Tour. I forgot my shoes on this bus and the hotel didn't even once reply to my inquiry for help in order to get them back.
Beautiful. Fridge was stocked with beer soda & candy that can be purchased.
Nothing it was amazing
Frendly staff, clean
A lot on meny was not available, a littlebit far from everything
Rooms were fine
Staff playing music at 6am and singing waking my room and my friends up. The fact they have snacks and drinks provided yet didn’t tell us they costed or gave us price list
It was cheap
Beds were not clean. There was a bug that bit my mom. Bed sheets has stains on them.
No soundproofing so you can hear everyone outside your room. Some lights were not functional.
Sink was leaking.
Friendly and prompt service
Rats running Around in the forest court
Excellent staff interaction, prompt feedback and customer service..
Rats roaming about, one actually jumped on me fell from foyer roof above.
It was a place to sleep for one night when arriving late to the airport
The room was incredibly basic, small and noisy. The bed linen was unclean and the property felt desolate and unsafe. We checked in late and upon needing to brush our teeth discovered we had no bottled water in the room/mini fridge. My boyfriend asked at reception and they said they would bring some in a few moments which they did. The next morning at check out whilst our transfer was there waiting for us - what I can only assume was the manager saw no urgency and sent a staff member to check our room. In the meantime she asked if we had used anything from the mini bar which we had not and the staff member came back they exchanged words then said ‘so you did take something’ I explained that no we needed water last night my boyfriend asked the receptionist where we could get some and she said she would bring some. Assuming this was complimentary water that every hotel in 6 months of travel have provided. She then continued to say no there are two types of water in the fridges pink or blue which one was it. I stated again it was small clear bottle with the hotels logo on it and we had it delivered to our room and we took nothing from the mini bar. She shook her head and said okay okay reluctantly gave me the deposit back and when met with my boyfriend in the transfer he had said the receptionist the night before had said the water was complementary so the lady I dealt with should have not been so confused with the idea of complementary water, especially for something that I perceive necessary requirement for hotels to provide. I did not like this staffs member attitude towards me nor her insinuating of me lying. Would avoid at all costs!
Cosy, beautiful leisure area, new TV and AC
Our room was closest to the lobby bar where understandably music plays. Unfortunately that begins as early as 6am, so we were woken up very early each morning
