Pros:

The building is new and in a central position. Room and bathroom are quite small but still comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff was helpful, even if the reception is open for specific times, they assisted us remotely for the check in. However, I must report that we had booked an airport transfer through the front desk, but on the morning of the appointment, the driver didn't show up, and the hotel didn't respond to our messages asking for contact information. Luckily, we found another taxi on the street. The hotel didn't even apologize.

Hotel con estupenda ubicación en Cagliari
Pros:

La ubicación, lo limpio que estaba todo

Cons:

El tamaño de la habitación y del baño. El que no hubiera ningún servicio habitual en un hotel, salvo la limpieza. Que el check out fuera a las 10 de la mañana, más pronto que en ningún hotel de los que he estado en toda mi vida.

Pros:

Ubicación diseño del hotel ascensor recomendación de playa de la chica de recepción

Cons:

Sin lugar para parking nos multaron por estacionar cerca del hotel en zona restringida (desconocíamos la reglamentación).

Good stay, nice hotel and staff, noisy on street side
Pros:

Central location, clean and new, good a/c (much needed!!!), friendly staff

Cons:

Quite noisy with a room on piazza Yenne. During the weekend, people party until 3-4 in the morning

Posizione, pulizia, staff, letto.comodo.
Hotel consigliatissimo.

Cons:

La posizione e gestione dell'aria condizionata ed il bagno, un po' piccolo (ma dotato di ogni comfort) e i sanitari, secondo me, posizionati molto in alto rispetto allo standard.
