amazing place, superb location & friendly staff!
La posizione è molto buona, le camere sono curate.
Riscaldamento rotto e temperatura altissima in camera, segnalato immediatamente ma risolto solo al 3 giorno, due notti insonni a porta aperta (e la zona è estremamente rumorosa).
Sullo staff, la prima receptionist è stata completamente indifferente, nei giorni seguenti sinceramente si è presentata un'altra persona, molto disponibile ma, alla fine, il problema non è stato risolto.
Se ci sono 25 gradi in camera perchè il riscaldamento si è incantato e non può essere spento, non si può dire che il tecnico del riscaldamento non può venire. Si deve trovare una soluzione.

Behoorlijk veel lawaai van de straat en receptie ( kamer 101 ) maar onze 2de kamer was wat dat betreft prima alleen werkte daar helaas de airco niet.
