The room was spacious and clean.
The hotel has a policy of remote check in, which means limited hours for the front desk. However, such hours, are not made obvious on the main hotel page on bookings, nor are explained in the email confirmation we received. The hotel expects you to communicate your arrival time without explaining the exact hours when the front desk is active, an odd policy for a hotel (more in line with an Airbnb style). They were also chasing for documents to be sent days prior to our arrival, which we did not feel comfortable with. When discussing my reserves with the receptionist, she insisted I simply did not read all the information available. I do believe the receptionist should go through some training on how to handle clients objections.
The hotel is facing the main square (very noisy) and so was our bathroom. Somehow, it did not cross the interior designer's mind, not to place the toilet and the shower in front of the window (a large one, from the floor up) or to cover such a window with blackout curtains. Instead there were thin curtains. As a result, we needed to switch off all the lights and take a shower in the dark to avoid the whole square to be entertained by our naked frames. As much as appealing can be for certain people, we do prefer our privacy, which this hotel was not able to deliver.

La camera era bellissima e la posizione è perfetta
Manca il servizio colazione (si appoggia ad un bar) ed il personale in reception non e’ quasi mai presente se non per il checkout. Inoltre Il condizionatore in camera e’ veramente fastidioso perché non permette di regolarsi correttamente ed abbiamo avuto freddo tutta la notte

Погана звукоізоляція, готель розташований просто посеред людного центру міста, тому вночі може бути дуже шумно. Дуже маленький номер, майже немає місця для багажу.
