Zou hier graag nog eens terugkeren
Pros:

Heerlijke zoetigheden in de middag… ontbijt was ook erg lekker en de kamer was groot en schoon!

Gastvrij ontvangen.. echt heel fijn allemaal

Cons:

Enige 2 dingetje die wij wat minder vonden was 1 spabehandelingen waren al vol… (hadden ze wel al gemaild van te voren maar niet naar gekeken en die dagen zaten ze dus volgeboekt) en het diner… wij hadden dat niet erbij geboekt dus 1 avondje toch maar gedaan omdat we het te warm vonden om het stadje in te gaan.. Dat viel een beetje tegen.. maar dat was het.. voor de rest echt lekker gehad… en echt wel heel vriendelijk personeel en gastvrij ontvangen

Először azt hittük, eltévedtünk, pedig a kapuban álltunk. :D ... elképzelhetetlen, ami a kapu mögött az ember szeme elé tárul! Barátságos fogadtatás, segítőkészség, a legmagasabb minőség. Ezt csakis szívvel-lélekkel és teljes elhivatottsággal lehet véghez vinni - ám a Gufler család épp ilyen - amiért minden vendég csak hálás lehet.

Cons:

A Booking.com-nál helyesbíteni kell a lemondási szabályzatot, mert a jelenlegi, miszerint a lemondás vagy meg nem érkezés után az első éjszakát kell kifizetni, ez így nem értelmezhető. Esetünkben egy héttel az érkezés előtt szerettük volna a 4 éjszakából az utolsót lemondani - mert közbejött egy jótékonysági munkám - ám erre nem volt lehetőség, illetve ebben az esetben is a teljes tartózkodást kellett volna kifizetni. Csodás kényelemben és minden jóban volt részünk, ez mindenért kárpótolt, ám úgy hiszem a teljes, érthető tájékoztatás fontos lenne.

Einfach alles!!!!
Der Empfang, das Zimmer, die Sauberkeit, die outdoor Anlage, das Restaurant, die Weine und natürlich die Gastfreundliche Art der Angestellten!

Cons:

Es ist wirklich seltsam, nach so vielen Jahren und Hotels die wir besuchen durften. Dieses Hotel ist wirklich eine große Erfahrung. Persönlich und Familiäre Leitung im Hotel

Great stay
Pros:

The room was lovely and the spa was excellent! Breakfast was good too ! Staff were very friendly and helpful! Love the honey products in the room and the gift at the end.

Cons:

The bed was a little uncomfortable and air on wasn’t great

über alles gesehen ein schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

wunderschöne Anlage, sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet

Cons:

Preise in der Bar eher hoch (auch für Schweizer Verhältnisse). Eigentlich schade, man überlegt sich so 2x ob man noch einen 2. Drink nimmt

Sono davvero rammaratico, quando vai in una struttura cosi bella e nuova, poi ti vedi costretto dai proprietari a pagare un entrecote 54€ seppur dopo il primo pezzo messo in bocca abbiamo respinto la carne dato la durezza. Il proprio anziche' dire nom ci sono problemi lo togliamo dal conto, ci ha detto che la carne era perfetta e che lui faceva lo chef da 20 anni, mai vista una cosa del genere in un albergo a 5 stelle, e nemmno nelle trattorie se e' per questo, quando capitano queste cose non inseriscono mI nel conto il prodotto respinto per problematiche legate alla qualita'.
Non consiglio vivamente di andare in questo posto, nelle vicinanze ce ne sono tanti altri belli.

Totale relax nel verde con vista mozzafiato .
Pros:

Il territorio de l’hotel è citatissimo. Molto pulito, verde, fiorito. Piscina con poco cloro e molto pulita. Pulizia delle stanze perfetta, ed anche divertente- ogni gg nostro letto era fatto in diverse forme belle o fiore, o cigni o trifoglio. Molto buona colazione .
