Es war eine schöne Zeit und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden wieder kommen.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und behilflich. Die Aussicht war vom Balkon aus ein Traum. Die Zimmerreinigung war täglich und es war immer sauber. Das Reinigungspersonal hatte alles gut im Blick und unser Zimmer war schon nach dem Frühstück wieder sauber.

Cons:

Es hat uns eigentlich alles gut gefallen. Vielleicht hätte es mehr Abwechslung beim Frühstück geben können, aber das ist Klagen auf hohem Niveau. Der Kaffee muss immer gesondert beim Personal bestellt werden. Wir hatten schon fast ein schlechtes Gewissen, den Kellner immer loszuschicken. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt und war immer sauber. Die Poolbar war nicht geöffnet oder nicht mehr in Gebrauch. Das war aber nicht schlimm, da wir uns selbst verpflegt haben und uns vorab alles aus dem Supermarkt gekauft haben. Wichtig: Wenn man was sehen will, sollte man einen Mietwagen haben, um alles gut zu erreichen, da das Dorf auf einem Berg liegt. Bedenkt dabei, vielleicht ein kleines Auto zu mieten, da die Gassen sehr eng sind.

Charming and unforgettable
Pros:

Very friendly staff, stunning location and views, excellent food, dining on the cobbled streets with festoon lights and gentle background music was a highlight. Savoca village so pretty. A perfect Sicilian experience.

Magical
Pros:

The most amazing setting and when you arrive you are greeted like family . The hotel is up a steep and twisting road and then up a narrow cobbled path but when you reach the hotel there are amazing views and the evening meal on the patio under twinkling lights was magical . Everyone couldn't do enough to make you feel so welcome including a cake for a birthday surprise that was completely unexpected

Locatia esta una speciala. Un mic sat pitoresc cocotat pe stanci. View ul este inegalabil. Personal foarte amabil si politicos, inclusiv proprietarul. Vin si mancare buna. Liniste.

Strada e indicazioni troppo complicate! Resort diffuso senza indicazioni, parcheggi e stanza priva di arredi: consiglio una sedia/poltrona, un attaccapanni, non sapevamo dove mettere le giacche! In più abbiamo trovato una salvietta sotto il letto! La colazione non si è potuta fare perché alle 7:50 era ancora tutto serrato! E siamo andati via!

The location! Absolutely amazing views, one of the best views of our lives! And the staff were so friendly. A special mention to Alessandra who was very sweet and was always looking after us. She made our stay very memorable and we are looking forward to coming back.

Cons:

Unavoidable for the property, but just be aware that there are mosquitos in Sicily, so you may want to purchase some repellent.

A Magical Hotel In The Most Beautiful Setting
Pros:

Our stay of one week was perfect. From the moment Vittorio and Francesco waited up for our late arrival, to the final farewell. All the staff are so welcoming and jovial. Food in the restaurant (veal, pork, tuna, octopus, salads and fresh pasta dishes - including truffle) all cooked perfectly. Matched by everybody's extensive wine knowledge and a fantastic Sicilian wine selection, featuring wines you will not easily find elsewhere. Savoca is like a living film set, with every corner revealing another spectacular take on the view. The view from Borgo San Rocco (and many of the rooms) is however the star and simply stunning. Saying good bye to Vittorio felt like saying good bye to a long-lost uncle. We will definitely return.
