Pros:

Paesaggio, calma e tranquillità. Posizione comoda per le escursioni. Direttamente sul lago. Ristorante disponibile e colazione buona e abbondante.

Top Lage mit freundlichem Service!
Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Die Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Hotel immerso nella natura, con possibilità di fare passeggiate. La camera molto carina esteticamente e con una bella vista

Schade - eine verpasste Chance

Neues Bad mit starkem Haarföhn und schöner Dusche, gute Matratze, toller Blick auf die Mera und Pian di Spagna. Garage für Mountainbike. Frühstück mit frischem Obst.
Sehr gute Küche.

Cons:

Zimmer und Bad waren ungepflegt und nicht sauber. Tote Insekten an der Zimmerdecke, überall Spinnweben, Haare in der Dusche, schmutziger Föhn, völlig verschmutzte WC-Bürste, herunter hängende Vorhänge, Zimmertüre klemmt usw. Am zweiten Morgen wurde nicht mal mein Bett gemacht. Kein Ersatz-WC-Papier. Die TV-Fernbedienung lag bei meiner Ankunft unter dem Bett und dort liegt sie wohl noch heute...
Die Betreiberfamilie wirkte gestresst, es fehlt offenbar an Personal. Ich habe mich nicht willkommen gefühlt, sondern als Störefried, der nur sein Geld dort abgibt. Sehr schade.

Preis- Leistung sehr gut - Absolut zu empfehlen
Pros:

Prima Lage und schön eingerichtetes Zimmer. Frühstück war auch sehr gut
Nett renovierte Zimmer, kleiner Balkon mit Seeblick. gute Matratze und Kissen.
Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant war auch sehr gut. Wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen, und kommen gerne wieder!

Cons:

Das Zimmer war schlecht geputzt, in der Dusche schwarzer Schimmel.
Das Personal hat einem anderen Gast bei Abreise meine ID gegeben! Unprofessionelle Buchführung: mit Post its und offen auf Theke, so dass jeder xbeliebig Dokumente entwenden könnte!
Sehr ringhörig: konnte das Schnarchen aus dem Stock darunter hören.

fine settimana sul lago di lecco
Pros:

abbiamo dormito una notte posizione ottima in riva al lago luogo tranquillo stanza ristrutturata bene non c'è la cassaforte ed il frigobar, ma ci hanno fatto usufruire del frigorifero del ristorante
abbiamo cenato nel loro ristorante piatti buoni molto abbondanti.
Colazione dolce e salata ottima.
Avevamo prenotato due doppie ma booking aveva comunicato alla struttura la prenotazione di una sola stanza, noi viaggiamo sempre con booking e non è mai successo un disguido simile per fortuna hotel aveva disponibilità di una stanza libera, mi auguro che booking sia più preciso nella comunicazione delle prenotazioni posso affermare questo perchè la nostra conferma riportava 2 stanze doppi mentre il messaggio inviato all hotel che ho letto ne riportava solo 1

Cons:

consiglio di aggiungere la cassaforte ed il frigobar in stanza sicuramente guadagnerebbero una stella.

Ambiente lago favoloso.
Pros:

Colazione abbondante, personale gentile. Camere pulite e molto accoglienti. Cibo del pranzo e cena molto buono. Si potrebbe ampliare il menù carne nel menù alla carta.
