Pros:

Vicino alla zona industriale e comodo per chi lavora. Ottimo il parcheggio proprio attaccato alla struttura.

Cons:

Struttura un pò datata e da rinnovare . Un pò scomode le scale e ascensore molto piccolo.

È un condominio...le stanze ricavate da appartamenti ( c erano delle abitazioni private nella struttura con tanto di citofono ). Il bagno ....un telo a coprire la parte doccia e non c era il piatto doccia. Camere vecchie, anzi vecchissime
