Pros:

Della struttura indubbiamente la posizione strategica tra Portovenere e La Spezia

Cons:

Camera un po troppo piccola e letto matrimoniale con materassi singoli che si muovono perché non sono tenuti insieme da un lenzuolo con angoli.

Pros:

La posizione è buona, vicino alla fermata dell'autobus e la macchina la si può parcheggiare anche al parcheggio del campo sportivo che dista 100 metri

Cons:

La camera era comunicante con quella di fianco con una porta chiusa a chiave! Praticamente privacy zero in quanto si sentiva ogni minimo rumore. Il condizionatore era in condizioni pietose, la manutenzione è forse ferma agli anni 90 e mi fermo qui nel commentare!

Piu' che buono per il prezzo e tutti i servizi forniti...
Pros:

La colazione era molto variegata, la posizione e' molto vicina alla spiaggia ed il bagno discreto. Lo staff molto disponibile, in particolare la signora Alice (se ben ricordo il nome) che ci ha dedicato tempo prezioso per trovare locations che veramente meritavano (persona squisita, con ottime capacita' relazionali e di cultura)

Con piccoli accorgimenti su alcuni dettagli la struttura potrebbe ottenere, con poco, molto migliori...

Ambiente da rivedere totalmente soprattutto sulla sicurezza

Cons:

Ambiente molto vecchio e usurato, prese della luce molto pericolose in quanto aperte e senza protezioni, pigna della doccia piena di calcare e rotta, asta della doccia completamente rotta con l'impossibilità di regolarla, materassi molto molli, diciamo che non ci sono neanche le basi.

Ottima soluzione!
Pros:

Devo dire che questo soggiorno è stato una sorpresa bella: l'hotel ha a disposizione un parcheggio gratuito che era libero quando sono arrivato quindi ho lasciato la macchina per 2 giorni senza dover pagare nulla. La camera era tra quelle ristrutturate da poco con un bel frigo e un bel bagno moderno. Letto comodo, personale davvero gentile e alla mano, la cena buona. Ci torneremo!

Ho apprezzato l’ascensore dato che all’ottavo mese di gravidanza fare 3 piani a piedi risulta scomodo

Cons:

Camere fatiscenti e sporche. Prese rotte, molto pericolose. Non ho apprezzato la colazione con prodotti del supermercato. Attenzione perché le foto non sono reali a quelle pubblicate sull’app
