Signora alla reception gentile, ma camere troppo vecchie
Pros:

La signora alla reception estremamente gentile e disponibile. Location eccezionale, sala della colazione molto carina e colazione buona

Cons:

La stanza era molto vecchia e nel bagno c era muffa nei soffitti, maniglia del bidet rotta e ascigacapelli a muro rotto. Sono stati molto gentili e ci hanno cambiato stanza. Ahimè anche la seconda stanza aveva la manopola della doccia mezza rotta e solo acqua fredda. Un bagno piccolissimo per 4 persone (2 adulti e 2 bambini), serata molto calda ma non abbiamo potuto utilizzare l’aria condizionata perché lo split era sopra il letto a castello dei bambini e chi dormiva nel letto sopra avrebbe avuto l’aria condizionata direttamente in faccia. Quindi notte in bianco dal caldo.

Cozy and relaxing. Excellent cappuccino.
Pros:

Location and cappuccino. But be reminded: Le Grazie is a very little tiny quiet place, ideal for families and people in need to relax. Not for partygoers. As for the place, the personnel was extremely kind and of use.

Cons:

The bath furniture would need maybe some improvement: a cabinet for beauty cases under the sink and a pole next to it to hold the hand towel would be very useful. Also, due to the number of foreigners not used to the all sweet Italian breakfast, some vegetables in the buffet in the morning could be advisable.

I complimenti alla splendida Giovanna! dopo aver lavorato due anni nella gestione dell'hotellerie ho riconosciuto in Giovanna un ottimo membro del vostro staff, molto amichevole accogliente e attenta alle più piccole esigenze del cliente. Auguro a Giovanna una lunga carriera e un buonissimo lavoro.

Pros:

Hotel situato in località Le Grazie, 3km da Portovenere. Paesino piccolo e per questo meno affollato rispetto a Portovenere, Monterosso, Levanto.... e quindi molto più genuino.
A portovenere ci si arriva in pochi minuti di autobus.
Camera di recente ristrutturazione.
Avevo la formula mezza pensione: cena ottima e abbondante.
Staff presente, gentile e disponibile.
Parcheggio pubblico su strisce blu ( 10euro/giorno).

In generale siamo bene, c’è tutto ciò che occorre.

Posizione, il cambio asciugamani quotidiano e la cortesia.

Cons:

Camera sicuramente da ristrutturare, il supporto del soffione della doccia rotto, l’abbiamo trovato a penzoloni….nessun punto d’appoggio nel bagno, nessun appendi abito a muro, strutture dei letti molto datate, particolari rotti qual e la.
Alcuni punti non puliti (comodino con 1
dito di polvere) muffa intorno alla canalina del climatizzatore

Materasso coperto da un solo lenzuolo senza coprimaterasso..🙈
Stanza piccolissima, ne una sedia, ne un mini tavolino, condizionatore diretto sul letto,
due notti insonne.. nessuna possibilità di cambiare rotazione né disposizione del letto, perché la stanza era un buco, che comunque sia, è costata abbastanza, non era affatto economica..
Ho spiegato il problema al titolare, la sua risposta:se non riesce a dormire x la situazione, venga giù tanto io son di turno, ma non posso trovarle soluzione..
Mai vissuto una cosa del genere...
