Proprietari e staff accogliente e molto gentili, hanno saputo ben gestire inconvenienti e ospiti rumorosi.
Colazione varia. Smart tv con accesso alle piattaforme.
Hall e sala ristorante ristrutturate.

La cosa negativa era il bagno della stanza: piccolo e poco agevole, tavoletta del water più grande della tazza, tenda doccia (poco igienica), sciacquone mal funzionante.

Todo. Tuvimos un viaje largo por la Costa Azul hasta Florencia, y sin duda, Ligrazia y en particular este hotel fueron los mejores días de todo nuestro recorrido.

Todo fue maravilloso: la ubicación, a solo unos pasos del mar, el personal — increíblemente amable, atento y sincero. Siempre dispuestos a ayudar, a recomendar, a hacerte sentir bienvenido de verdad. Fue un auténtico placer pasar tiempo en este hotel.

Los desayunos estaban deliciosos. No diría que eran algo extraordinario, pero todo tenía un sabor tan casero, tan hecho con cariño, que resultaba absolutamente exquisito. Mis hijos quedaron encantados y me pedían volver.

La limpieza es impecable: ducha, baño, todas las instalaciones — ni una mota de polvo. Se nota que cuidan cada detalle con mucho esmero.

En resumen: 10 de 10, totalmente recomendable.

Personalmente, me encantaría pasar allí unas vacaciones completas. Solo estuvimos dos días, pero cuando tengo una semana o dos libres, sin duda las pasaría allí. Es un lugar donde descansan tanto el cuerpo como el alma.
