Bardzo udany pobyt. Właściciele są niezwykle mili i serdeczni. Pan podczas śniadań bardzo się starał, żeby niczego nam nie brakowało i żeby wszystko było w porządku – naprawdę było widać jego zaangażowanie i troskę o gości. Hotel jest bardzo czysty i ma świetną lokalizację. Sam obiekt jest już nieco wiekowy i przydałoby mu się odświeżenie, ale sympatyczna atmosfera i podejście właścicieli zdecydowanie to rekompensują.

Posizione ottimale fronte pineta, supermercato di fianco, colazione servita in giardino, camera grande con balcone e pulita, doccia comoda, condizionatore, frigorifero...non mancava nulla. Proprietari gentilissimi e sempre pronti a esaudire le nostre richieste.

We loved this place. Yes the room is exactly like the pictures but it’s comfortable, clean and the location is amazing! The owners are so lovely! The breakfast is amazing!

Ontzettend aardige mensen die het hotel runnen. Uitstekend ontbijt.Schone kamers,elke dag schone kamer en nieuwe handdoeken.Goed werkende airco.Parkeren voor 5 euro per dag voor de deur van het hotel.Lift.Vlakbij een groot park waarin het Italiaanse leven zich afspeeld. We konden op de fiets naar de boulevard en het strand.De fietsen stonden op het terrein achter een gesloten hek.

Our stay at Hotel Kim was absolutely wonderful. If you’re looking for a place with genuine Italian hospitality, this is it.

The owners, Marco and his wife, are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived, and their warmth truly made our stay special.

The hotel is impeccably clean. Our room was spotless, comfortable, air-conditioned, and equipped with everything we needed. While the hotel has a classic style, it is very well maintained and offers excellent value for money.

The location is another major advantage. Just a short walk through the beautiful Pineta di Ponente brings you to the beach and Viareggio’s lively promenade, making it the perfect base for exploring the city.

Breakfast was fresh, plentiful, and served with great care every morning. We also appreciated the convenient parking options and the peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere throughout the hotel.

What makes Hotel Kim stand out is not luxury, but the people. The genuine kindness, attention to detail, and heartfelt hospitality create an experience that is becoming increasingly rare.

Интересный семейный отель, местами даже интересный музей. Хозяева просто прелесть. В номерах чисто, есть холодильник, фен, кондиционер. Нам понравилось.

There is a lovely couple running the hotel. They are very friendly and communicative. Their breakfast was delicious. The location of hotel is perfect and the prices are budget friendly.

The hotel offers not just a place to stay, but a complete experience for connoisseurs of hospitality. A feeling of visiting relatives, accompanied by the enjoyment of warm treatment not only during the breakfast, but also in every subsequent moment. The breakfast is superb, including sweet and savory offerings, Italian coffee, cappuccino, red orange juice, yogurt and muesli. The details and convenience have been thought out with the presence of a bar, a luggage elevator, a refrigerator in the room, a terrace with furniture and a view of a green park. The extretmely clean deluxe room has everything you need distributed in a very functional way in the space. It is convenient for a family with 2 children, as in addition to a large bed it also has 2 beds, a wardrobe, bedside tables. The furniture complements the atmosphere for visiting relatives. The beach is in a close walking distance through the park. Nearby there is a shop offering everyday goods.
